Amazing job and fair price! I double checked prices with other companies which this company was 3rd to check but should’ve been 1st! They were fast and sufficient and knowledgeable with my needs. I’m now in comfort thanks to them. Btw i had an old heater that was over 25yrs old but they managed it.

Tony was very professional. When I called he was willing to come the same day on a Sunday. When I had to reschedule he was very accommodating. He was punctual, diagnosis the problem accurately, which was a blocked drained and resolve the issue efficiently. He even came back the next day as a courtesy to put a cap on the drain because he stocked up on supplies and knew it would be difficult for me to find one. I highly recommend his services. As a bonus it is also a black owned business!!

I had an emergency with my oil heater and I called Brian Turner with Turner Brothers. I called his number around 9:00 AM. I explained my problem to the answering service and he was at my house at 11:30 AM. He checked the problem, explained what he needed to do and then told me the estimate and I hired him. He came back to do the service at 4:00 PM and finished in 2 hours. He was very friendly and easy going. He made sure everything was on and cleaned up.

Tuan and Amir were awesome. On time and were very attentive. They knew right away what are issues were and got to work. Their professionalism is unmatched. No leaks thus far!

I called Veterns Plumbing on a Tuesday evening after 7 when I couldn’t re-light my hot water heater pilot. I left a phone message and Chris called me back within 15 minutes. He spent an hour on the phone with me, walking me through possible solutions to my pilot problem. He gave me honest suggestions along with price points for my hot water heater repair. When I asked him to proceed with the repair plan we discussed and to send me an invoice for our time on the phone he stated that he helps people on the phone all the time and that there was no fee. I was truly shocked! A professional human being who gives you his time as a courtesy?!?! Chris hasn’t done the work on my water heater yet but I have no doubt his work will be as immpeccable as his character. Verterns Plumbing will be my plumbers for life. Thanks again Chris!

The tech(don) arrived right on time and was Knowledgeable on steam systems. He was proficient with his wrk and took the time to explain what he was going to do and how he would do it. He also answered the several questions that I had and also provided tips on self maintenance. The sight flaw valve assembly was a little pricey but it needed to be done. Angel and Randy were phenomenalI was assigned this company by Home Serve for my hot water heater. I didn’t have to lift a finger. They worked things out with Home Serve for me and also manufacturer of hot water heater (still under manufacturer warranty). They had one guy remove old one while other went to go pick up new one. They cleaned everything up. Between diagnosis, removal and replacement was 3 hours. Highly recommend and extremely professional!!
