A year ago I had a hot water heater installed by another company; they did a terrible job and ultimately cost me thousands of dollars. This Saturday, the water heater made a sound so explosive it sounded like a bomb. I went downstairs and saw that this explosion actually blew the control panel door off of the water heater. Concerned that it might literally explode, I called Goodman Plumbing as they had come to the rescue previously when this horribly installed appliance left me without hot water for five days.It took less than five minutes - literally - from the time I made the call to when Sean, one of Goodman's skilled plumbers, made it to my house. Less than five minutes on a Saturday to respond to a call. He went over everything, made sure the device would be safe and pointed out the dangerous way the water heater had been connected to the main heating source. He was the third person to do this, so it wasn't about a sale. We agreed that this water heater would remain problematic and never allow me more than a few weeks' peace and that it was better to install another one, which he was prepared to do the very next day, even though it was a Sunday. He actually came with a team on Monday afternoon, so I could still put in a full day of work. Even an amateur like me can tell how much more workmanship went into the installation - and for less money than the original water heater cost.Sean made sure I understood everything about how the heater was installed and how to work it. He taught me how to safely turn off the gas if I ever felt there could be a problem. He explained the process and didn't leave until I understood what had been done. In short, he treated me like a valued customer, and more importantly, a valued person. Everyone I have met from Goodman Plumbing has been caring, respectful and supremely competent. They have responded quickly to my concerns. Sean is the latest among this amazing team to demonstrate what real professionalism looks like and I am truly appreciative.

I opted for 24/7 emergency service because my kitchen sink drain was clogged and the water in the pipe just wouldn't budge. I was fortunate that John Snyder himself came through and saved the day. My experience was efficient and professional from beginning to ending. I received a call back from his office in a timely manner and after I provided the necessary details for the job, I received a text confirmation within minutes that John would be there with an approximate time. I received another text when he was actually heading my way. He was very personable, polite, and professional, and my kitchen sink drain was clear within an hour of his arrival. The cost was affordable and reasonable for quality work, which is what he delivered. After payment, I received a thank you, receipt, and review request via email. Boss Plumbing was amazing. Warren came and did the job in the same day. his pricing was extremely reasonable! I plan on using him again for all of my plumbing needs.I even had a issue after he left, and he was more than willing to help me out even though technically the job was done.I wholeheartedly recommend Boss Plumbing. I might add that the estimate and payments were very easy to work out, no hidden fees. He quotes you what it will cost and then gets after it.When I go tankless in a year, there is no one else I would contract with.

City plumber had the part I needed to fix my toilet and showed up as scheduled. Joe and Dave came to my house. Dave was very nice but Joe was horribly rude. He would not look up from his phone (literally) while I was talking to him about a leak in my bathroom. He also either completely ignored my questions or gave one work answers that were not enough info to answer my questions. I would not recommend anyone paying for a service and being treated like this. I would never call this plumber again.

Unfortunately, they don't seem like they are on the same page about things. I used them once for an emergency, however, I don't think I'll be using them again. Overall, I didn't really have a great experience with them.

I called Guaranteed Plumbing on Monday morning and was told I would get a call Tuesday morning, and they did not disappoint! They called and came out as promised on time, for a free estimate, Pricing was excellent!! and they did the job on the spot.The guys Rich & Joe were VERY knowledgeable and professional, they explained every step clearly, and did an awesome job in a reasonable amount of time. they job was completed and clean up weas a breeze and I must say it was pleasure having them in my home. and would recommend to friends and family

I had really tough clog and Timothy the plumber they sent was relentless. He did not give up till the blockage was gone! I am so appreciative. I can rest easy tonight.

Bob came out this morning and I was 100% impressed. Bob was punctual, friendly, informative and best of all he corrected the problem with our faulty tub/shower line (he even fixed a cosmetic problem with ourfreakishly long toilet bolts and added cover caps). I had a great experience getting my hot water heater replaced by Aqua. The technicians were on time, very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain things to me. They moved an end table in my living room to make sure they didn’t bump it when removing the old one. I had had a poor experience with a different plumber the day before and I’m so glad Aqua was referred to me instead. They came out quickly, replaced my heater and valves quickly and took the time to clean up their workspace. It was half the price of what I thankfully knew to be a really unfair quote from a diff company. Friendly plumbers, good service, easy to schedule/pay and I got an invoice right away. So good to have hot water again! Thank you Aqua Plumbing

They arrive quickly and do solid work. The employees that you talk to and that come out are very nice.Would recommend, mostly for ASAP type services.Biggest con is price; they charge higher than smaller, locally owned plumbing companies. That said, if you need service right away with a price that you can feel confident will not change from the quote then go with these guys knowing you'll pay a little more.

Matt arrived on time, did great work on installing water heater today. In past month, Frusco also replaced my heater and HVAC unit. The upgraded system had immediate impact in reducing my heating bill. Frusco plumbing always provides quality service at a good value.

Asked them to come work on a commercial boiler at my place of employment and had to pay an employee to wait for them to arrive between 9am and Noon. After 3 phone calls to their office they showed up around 3:30pm.I don't have a problem with them being late, but I do have a problem with them not communicating that they would be 3-4 hours late.They assessed the problem and determined that it was too late in the day to begin a repair. They said that they would call the next day to arrange a time to come back. They never called, or showed up. That was 6 weeks ago.
