Zach and Brandon did a great job fixing my leaking cast iron sewage pipe! They also noticed the smell of natural gas and were able to isolate the leak and fix it same day for a small extra fee. They were very polite and great to deal with! This is a great company who also installed a tankless water heater and fixed a sink drain. They are always responsive and do great work: it is rare to find such a good company

I opted for 24/7 emergency service because my kitchen sink drain was clogged and the water in the pipe just wouldn't budge. I was fortunate that John Snyder himself came through and saved the day. My experience was efficient and professional from beginning to ending. I received a call back from his office in a timely manner and after I provided the necessary details for the job, I received a text confirmation within minutes that John would be there with an approximate time. I received another text when he was actually heading my way. He was very personable, polite, and professional, and my kitchen sink drain was clear within an hour of his arrival. The cost was affordable and reasonable for quality work, which is what he delivered. After payment, I received a thank you, receipt, and review request via email. They were awesome! Had an issue with my hot water heater, and they were able to come out the next day and get the issues revolved. I was working with a home warranty and they went above and beyond to get it taken care of and help me get financial support from the warranty company. I am grateful for their prompt and quick response and professional response to the issues at hand. Communication was quick and great. I would highly recommend using them.

$350 “service” fees which you would think would leave you with a repaired appliance. Nope. This is only for them to take a look at it!!!! Repair is separate!!! They changed a bathtub diverter for a whopping $735 leaving a giant hole in the drywall. I asked for a more water economical shower head. They replaced my shower head with a cheap one and took the old expensive one I had with them!! Who does that? So I was set back almost $1100 just for changing the diverter and having my shower head stolen. Would never recommend to anyone.

Our plumber was Eddie. He was awesome! He came within the hour and completed our service in 20 minutes. He shared his expertise with us. I did forget to mention that it is Good Friday at 11:56pm! I am definitely using these services again and next time hopefully it wont be an emergency but if it is i know i can count on fast and great services! Thank you so much!

Great service! Would call again(although I hope I won't need to ? ). But I definately recommend. Initially I was a little nervous about the price. But you get what you pay for. I previously called another plumbing service 2 days ago. They were in and out in about 20-30 min, the work was not guaranteed and here I was 2 days later with a clogged drain.Mike from Zoom drain came out on time. He was very professional and nice. He explained everything up front and in a clear manner. He was also very patient. I was working from home and there were several moments where I couldn't respond to him right away. He never made me feel like I was wasting his time.So, my main drain was clogged and it was not an easy job. He worked very hard for several hours. Once he cleared the problem, he tripple checked to make sure the clog was clear. He then explain everything that had been done. All the details are also included in the receipt which he sent to me by email.Thanks Mike and Zoom!

I recently had a problem with my sub pump in my basement and a bad leak in my kitchen faucets. I contacted Michael Martorano, owner of Best Price Plumbing & Heating, for help. He came out to my house very quickly and addressed both problems. I found him not only to be very knowledgeable and efficient, but was able to pinpoint the issues as soon as he saw them. He was also always available by telephone if you have any questions. My sub pump was overflowing with water in my basement and yard. He repaired it and added a piece of pipe that fixed the problem. Michael also gave a beautiful bronze style faucet system in my kitchen. No wetness or leaks anymore! His prices are also very reasonable. The worst experience ever, don’t waste your time and money, please go somewhere else.

Came home from a week away to smell water, and it turn into a multi day project with insurance and calling local plumber by plumber by plumber almost begging for someone to respond. 3 days in of still no response, found Szollose online at 5pm on a Wednesday, they called back immediately, and we'll be there 8:30 tomorrow morning. On the dot, perfect. Helpful, great to deal with, tracked down a different leak we didn't know was happening, and ended up having them fix (3) different projects while here. Highly recommended, and unlike others, easy to do business with, get in contact with, and quality work. Thank you!
