Goodmans originally came out in November to clear a clogged drain line. Within in 2 months they came back out to fix it again gratis. There was hole in the main drain stack line. This was the source of the flooding in basement. They immediately came to evaluate it and st up time to repair, while making sure the clamp would hold until then.Zack came out today and was able to repair the pipes in 30 min.Nick was super responsive was I was concerned that the drain kept clogging and didn’t hand off the ticket until he was sure I was satisfied. We've been using Boss for a while now. They are the only ones we trust. They are friendly, professional, and good at what they do.We even used their services to repair some plumbing at my grandparents house and they would take the time to explain to them what needed to be done and why. Our most recent call was to fix some corroded pipes so our new washer could be hooked up. As soon as I sent some pics of the pipes he sent me an estimate and showed up within in an hour of us confirming. It's hard to know who to trust with your home but we feel comfortable with Boss.

Had a blockage with the line off the kitchen sink that was creating issues with kitchen sink and dish washer. They came out and cleared everything up in a timely fashion. Clearly explained what they were doing as they went and what was causing the issue.

Terrible company. I call them for an outside drain issue and they came out right away. Unfortunately, they didn't do ANYTHING for me but made the situation worse. They didn't even let my tenant know they were leaving and they would not respond to my texts or phone calls. It turns out whatever they did caused the kitchen sink drain to not drain at all. This was a disaster.

We had a pipe leaking behind a wall in our basement. I called someone else first and they couldn’t see us for 6 days. So my wife went on eyes and ears and someone recommended Aqua. I called and in 2 1/2 hrs they were at my house to look at the problem ( it was 4 pm ), and they next morning the job was finished.Job well done! And my wife said they were nice guys.

Zoom Drain was AWESOME from start to finish. Extremely responsive, took calls off hours, and worked with us to get someone out at a time that fit our work schedule (after 6pm). Kyle, who came to our home, talked us through the issue, was courteous and polite. He even made a minute to pet our dog. He resolved our issue on site and explained how to avoid in the future. Automated text alerts were provided each step of the way, even including when Kyle was on his was plus his picture! I’m floored. Great service. Hopefully we don’t need anyone again anytime soon, but if we do - this is the company I will call.

Great experience. They are able to problem solve because my home is old and job did not go as smoothly as planned. My plumbing issues where the main valve in the home and new tub faucet. Job was done about 5 months ago and everthing is working great. I would hire Rob again.

After a horrible experience with another plumber, I called Fred Jonas & Son, and Ian was very responsive to the somewhat urgent matter, and resolved the issues left by the last plumber. I have 100% in their work and will surely call upon them again.
