Roman came out on an emergency basis to handle water flooding into my basement. He came in the evening, handled stopping the leak, and then came out the next day to do the repair. He was on time and did a terrific job. I have used Goodman a number of times over the years and am always happy.

Boss Plumbing was amazing. Warren came and did the job in the same day. his pricing was extremely reasonable! I plan on using him again for all of my plumbing needs.I even had a issue after he left, and he was more than willing to help me out even though technically the job was done.I wholeheartedly recommend Boss Plumbing. I might add that the estimate and payments were very easy to work out, no hidden fees. He quotes you what it will cost and then gets after it.When I go tankless in a year, there is no one else I would contract with.

Tony was absolutely wonderful. Very professional and prompt. I left a message. He responded quickly and within 25 mins was at my door.I was amazed! I had called some others(4) on some previous issues. Three of which said they were coming.....NEVER SHOWED. And, one who could only schedule me for a later date on a RIGHT NOW issue.Tony evaluated the issue. Explained what needed to be done. Completed the task. And, cleaned up behind himself.I will definitely recommend and use this service again.

A friend recommended that I give Economy ,a call for an emergency plumbing problem. They came right out within the hour and had experienced and professional plumbers come out to fix the issue. Will use them again.

Matt from Roto Rooter was the technician who was sent when we called the 24 hour number on a early Sunday morning. Matt responded promptly and was onsite with within a couple hours. We explained our situation to Matt he was confident he could unclog the blockage that we had in our commercial size sewer line, and he did just that in a very short time. Matt was very professional and I would highly recommend Roto Rooter.

Another great job from this company,Especially to Bob who did our shower. Our shower was leaking, no water pressure, and no hot water coming out. The big issue was when we moved in there's no access through the wall. Called Joe and no time he put us on schedule. Bob did a great job cutting and putting access to the wall, and didn't leave no mess at all. Im a happy customer. Thanks again.

The employees that you talk to and that come out are very nice.Would recommend, mostly for ASAP type services.Biggest con is price; they charge higher than smaller, locally owned plumbing companies. That said, if you need service right away with a price that you can feel confident will not change from the quote then go with these guys knowing you'll pay a little more.

Highly. Highly. Recommend.I had flooding issues which resulted in a violation from the city for plumbing defect. Our home insurance sent out a plumber that told us it was the lateral that was blocked. The city told us that it was our curb trap that was blocked. We didn't know who to believe at this point, only that we had 10 business days to resolve the issue or else our water would be cut off.So glad we found Drains R Us. They not only unblocked everything for us but helped us get that violation lifted and we didn't have to pay thousands for unnecessary repairs.Very knowledgeable. They know exactly what they're doing. Ask for Tuan and Kit! Life savers indeed.

I'm really happy with the service we received! Bob McLoughlin was really responsive when I reached out to schedule and gave me an estimate over the phone. He sent a plumber out really quickly, who removed a radiator for us. While he was here, he gave me a few great suggestions to make our hot water system more efficient (one that was free for me to do, and one that would require some work but with no pressure to do it). Next time we have a plumbing need, I'll come back to McLoughlin.
