Best Clogged Toilet in Philadelphia PA

I needed to replace my Heating and HVAC as the vents seemed clogged and had an odor when I turned them on each season. Stan came out and took his time explaining the procedure and the necessary repairs needed in terminology that I could understand. On the scheduled date Borys and James impressively arrived on time and immediately began work. During the job they came across a truly horrific obstacle in which they were very professional in removing. They made me feel very comfortable and confident in this decision I made to have this work done. Not only were they very professional, they cleaned up after themselves and left the area better than they found it. I am very pleased with their services. Thank you Crystal for your patience also in assisting me in my multiple calls prior to contracting you guys. Goodman is the best!

Warren has saved my house from water damage more than once and on very short notice. I’ve spoken to professional plumbers and told them the cost of his services and they have been blown away by how fair his pricing is. As long as I’m a home owner, I need Warren in my life. He’s trustworthy, reliable, kind and generous with his time and skill set. He even helped me make a decision on a home based on his plumbing expertise when I went through inspection. As of yesterday he saved my basement from flooding and my home from not having water for the holiday weekend. If you’re on the fence, I suggest just calling him.

Tony came in clutch when my house needed him most! I had a nasty hot water leak from the bathtub that got out of control and started leaking through the living room ceiling. Did a Google search for an emergency plumber and he had 200+ reviews so decided to take a chance with him. I am so glad that I did. My house is super old so the pipes are definitely not in the best condition. Tony listened to what the problem was and gave me a possible estimate over the phone. He was here in less than 2 hours to start on the repairs. He assessed the problem, got the tools from his truck and got right to work. When he found another problem, he talked to me about it before doing anything or purchasing any extra parts. The job ended up taking a lot longer than expected... like 6 hours long, again old house old pipes. He was a nice guy, super patient, non-judgmental and was determined to fix the leak that seemed to not want to be fixed. If you are having a plumbing emergency, Tony is definitely the guy to call! I no longer have water dripping through the ceiling in my living room and the weak water pressure that I have had for almost a year now has been fully restored to its former waterfall glory!!! My shower tub kept getting Clogged up and didn't know anything about plumbing so a buddy of mine mentioned philly plumbing pros luckily for me they were local and came right on time they're were professionals and took care of business in a timely manner.

Tommy came at time even earlier as promised. He cleaned the drain of my washer. He moved the heavy washer and placed back
the way it was exactly. Good and careful work and a nice person.

Twice I used a local handy man to unclog my drain and finally got fed up. I decided to us a legitimate company that gives a warranty. I called at 3:00 and they were at my house at 7:00. Very professional, on time and concerning technicians unclogged my drain and gave me good advice. The total job was a little pricey but worth the satisfaction of not having to smell sewage.

These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. Have used them a couple of times and they have always been quick, polite and professional.

They arrive quickly and do solid work. The employees that you talk to and that come out are very nice.Would recommend, mostly for ASAP type services.Biggest con is price; they charge higher than smaller, locally owned plumbing companies. That said, if you need service right away with a price that you can feel confident will not change from the quote then go with these guys knowing you'll pay a little more.

Highly. Highly. Recommend.I had flooding issues which resulted in a violation from the city for plumbing defect. Our home insurance sent out a plumber that told us it was the lateral that was blocked. The city told us that it was our curb trap that was blocked. We didn't know who to believe at this point, only that we had 10 business days to resolve the issue or else our water would be cut off.So glad we found Drains R Us. They not only unblocked everything for us but helped us get that violation lifted and we didn't have to pay thousands for unnecessary repairs.Very knowledgeable. They know exactly what they're doing. Fantastic workmanship! This was the third and last plumber I had to call to fix multiple plumbing issues at my home. My only regret is not calling them first…so don’t make the same mistake I did, call Splash!
