Will never use this company again. I had my drain cleaned out and the first time it rained it backed up i called because it was supposed to be under warranty and they told me it was only for 30 days and thats not what the paper said. I called turner brothers plumbing and they came rite out fixed what fruscos was supposed to do fast and efficient . Thank you turner brothers for taking care of this mess.

The folks that fixed my broken trap were a pleasure to work with. I had sewage backing up into my basement which was an utter nightmare - especially because I have two tenants that also live on the property. They came out first thing in the morning, and worked straight through until about 6:30p. All is fixed and I can flush again without worrying about a nasty, nasty mess. I wish I could remember their names, because I'd like to thank them again for giving me peace of mind. I could breath again...

I've used Veterans several times now for different issues. My most recent experience was a leak in my basement. The earliest appointment open was a week later, and Chris found a way to get me in the next morning. Chris is awesome! He's very knowledgeable, friendly, and has always been honest with me. I definitely will continue using Veteran in the future.

Michael was at my house less than 15 minutes after I called him. He quickly identified and understood the issue. Jason and Braheem picked up the necessary parts to get the job done and everything was complete in less than 30 minutes. Price was very reasonable. We've upgraded to new high-efficiency boiler/hot water heaters at our home in the Philly suburbs and a rental property in Philadelphia in the past couple of years. I was told this is a reputable company. Nowadays it seems, as with all other companies, it has gone down the drain. No one cares any more about doing their job right and leaving a customer satisfied. A company who takes pride in their work and who wants someone to come back to their business over and over again because their work is just that good. You do not get that with this company. Due to the inadequacies with the first visit, a second visit was required to come and finish the job. The prices are ridiculous, the workload, later in day, is rigged just to get out the door and call it a day. They even walk away with your plunger! Never again, lesson learned. 8/7: Update to my initial review. I just used for the first time the new water valve they replaced in the backyard where my hose is connected. The water pours directly out from the wall, great job guys! Maybe you should be less concerned about the reviews for your company and more concerned about the quality of your work. You heard right, they made a special trip to our home, after my initial review, to question my elderly Mother about my review. Another thing I need to replace after this company did the initial job!

I called Mr. Boyd to unclog my main sewer line first thing Monday morning. He was out within an hour. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating and his price was fair. I would definitely use this service again.
