They called and came out as promised on time, for a free estimate, Pricing was excellent!! and they did the job on the spot.The guys Rich & Joe were VERY knowledgeable and professional, they explained every step clearly, and did an awesome job in a reasonable amount of time. they job was completed and clean up weas a breeze and I must say it was pleasure having them in my home. and would recommend to friends and family

Roger Ross Plumbing and Heating does a very professional job. I called them when my water heater broke and they showed up within a half hour. They turned off the water and because I have another heater they came back the next day and put in a new one. While here they changed out my thermostat and checked my heater, I didn't need to set a different time.Dan, who works for Roger, was very polite and respectful he was also very informative. They had masks on the whole time. They cleaned up a when they were finished. I would highly recommend Roger Ross Plumbing.

I called to get a gas line installed for a personal heater… they came out gave me an estimate I called maybe a week later set up time for the plumber to come out…. He came out did not have any parts I had too tell them once again what I wanted done… then he told me he needed to go to the shop and pick up some parts… and that was the last time I saw or heard from anyone this was a Saturday… I get a call Monday afternoon saying our guy is on his way… of course I denied the service.

I don’t always add reviews but this was necessary, I’ve done business with Bill Frusco before and never realized how much I appreciate dealing with Dana and Molly. Bill jr. you have impressed me more than I could ever emphasize. Today I had the pleasure meeting one of the boiler mechanics Dan Paul… polite, understanding and meticulous with his attention to detail. We had a dishwasher that was installed incorrectly by the previous owners and wouldn't drain. We called Philadelphia Plumbing and they set up an appointment with us quickly, two plumbers came out (I wish I could remember their names!) who were both extremely nice, knowledgeable, and professional. They both also wore masks the entire time they were in our home without me having to ask, which I really appreciated. The dishwasher issue turned out to be even worse than we originally thought, but instead of saying they would need to come back to fix the worse problem they stayed and figured out the most efficient way to re-route a hose and correct the whole appliance hookup as well as fix the clogged sink to prevent further drainage issues. They made sure everything was in working order before they left, and they cleaned everything up really well so you couldn't even tell they had drilled holes or moved anything around! We highly recommend them!
