Bill is very responsive always and when I had problems with my water heater they came out right away, assessed the issue and supplied me with a new water heater in under a few days. The prices and are always reasonable and they are both so polite and respectful. I’ve been using the services of East Falls Plumbing since I purchased my house back in 2007 and wouldn’t think of using anyone else! I highly recommend East Falls plumbing!

I’ve used Bill Frusco many times in the past for over 5 years & also recommended others to their company. The last person I recommended to them said they did not like their customer service. I never had a problem with them in the past but now I see why they said that after my last experience with them.I called them to come out to give me an estimate for 3 separate projects that needed to be done. Before the plumber left I told him that I needed 3 separate quotes and not just one big quote. 4-5 days later I received one big quote for all 3 projects. I sent an email and called to ask what the break down in price was because I was planning on getting the two smaller projects done at once and schedule the third project for a later date. I was told they would give me a call back - I never received a call back. I followed up every 3-5 days for two weeks after never receiving a call back - all I wanted was the break down for the quote to see what I wanted to get done first and when. I called for the last time before I was going to reach out to another plumber because they weren’t being responsive. I finally received a voicemail the next morning saying “we are not interested in doing the work and advise you call another plumber.” She doesn’t say why so I spoke to the receptionist who left me the voicemail, she said they were busy right now with AC’s. It didn’t sound like she was being honest at all because all I wanted was a quote & I didn’t even try to schedule a date yet for the work so I’m unsure why that was an excuse to not tell me the separate prices. I asked if I could get the correct quotes still to get it done after the summer was over to see what she would say & she said they can’t do that. I’m unsure why they even came out at all to look at the projects if they were too busy with AC’s to give out quotes. I was extremely patient with them every time I spoke to someone from their company so I was very confused after I received that voicemail and the way the conversation went when I asked her about getting the work done at a later date. After all of this, I’m disappointed I did not even receive a simple apology after waiting two weeks for a question to be answered and then told they don’t want to do the work.

Great care

My backyard spigot had rusted and broken off when I was replacing my hose. Chris Tucker came out the same day to help me deal with the problem and did an excellent job replacing the pipe/spigot and patching the holes made to get the pipe out from my basement to my backyard. Overall very efficient and communicative - I appreciated how he took his time to explain what needed to be done. Would use this company again.

I first contacted these guys more than a month ago after a recommendation from a neighbor who had them install a pump.They initially came out in two days and told me the shower head needed to be replaced. I bought several that weekend, tried them all, and the issue did not go away. Called these guys all first thing the next week to tell them.The technician came out again a couple days later and took photos. He told me the cartridge usually takes just one or two days.Nobody called me for several days. So I called them again. The woman I spoke to said they must not have heard back from the supplier but they would contact me as soon as they did.Another week went by and still no phone call from the plumber. So I had to call them back again. This time I was told the photos the technician took were not clear. I immediately walked downstairs, took several photos, emailed them, and asked for confirmation they were okay.Another week went by. Again nobody responded. So I called and left a detailed urgent message with their answering service.The owner and namesake emailed me the next day early in the morning asking if he could come by. I replied within ten minutes despite being before 5am out West where I was traveling, explaining that would not work and asking if they revived the part. Nobody responded.So after 5 days I contacted them again. The woman I spoke to had the owner call me while I was on the line. Joseph explained this is is not how he does business and asked if he could come by today at 6:00am. I asked about a later time and he offered 6:30. Seeing he wouldn’t go much later, and given he seemed apologetic, I reluctantly agreed. We confirmed the 6:30 visit.Joseph also explained the supply house told them were two cartridges, they didn’t know which, and he would show me all the communication. He mentioned they wouldn’t charge me a service fee for the instal - only for the part. It was odd he didn’t tell me the price but I didn’t think anything of it at the time. Another odd thing was that I asked several times how long it would take to get the part and install it if we agreed though Joseph did not give me any answer.So this morning I awoke at 5:00 and was on my stoep from 6:25-7:05. Nobody came by.When I emailed to inquire and express my bewilderment, Joseph responded saying he called me this morning and left a voicemail. My phone has so not disturb on before 8am for obvious reasons so I did not see. I checked and did in fact have a voicemail - but it just asked me to call back. And it’s a moot point because we confirmed the 630 time. Backed by the word of the owner and namesake.I responded to his reply not even fifteen minutes later simply asking for the price of the part. This time Joseph did not respond.After more than a month, the office staff has now not responded at all a few times, responded extremely slowly others, and lied. Now the owner and namesake did not show up.And they haven’t even told me the price for the cartridge now that they heard back from the supply house. While I didn’t know why before, I do now. Just look at other google reviews.Don’t waste your time.

A year after I first used them, I had another plumbing emergency (unrelated to their previous work), and once again, they came through and did a great job!! Very conscientious about best approach both for quality of work and financial impact on the customer.

What can I say?Thanks to Hughes Plumbing the house heating system is inoperable. They left a 71y/o Vietnam War Veteran who was later diagnosed with cancer without heat for the rest of the cold season.They were hired to repair a steam house heater, they said it was the piping that was wrong (same piping was there when we bought the house 5 years earlier), they “Repaired” the piping after we took out a loan to pay them several thousand dollars, heat worked for a while and then never came on again.Called almost every day practically begging for them to come check it out. Calls went ignored, any appointment I was able to make were no shows and the reality of them not caring was real.Mr. Hughes you really should do the right thing.I depended on you and your company to fix our problem, and now due to your negligence, my senior father and I have figure out how we will come up with at least 50K to fix the entire system because that’s what was quoted due to the extensive work that has to be done to correct what you and your company did.My father does not deserve this.

I called Mr. Boyd to unclog my main sewer line first thing Monday morning. He was out within an hour. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating and his price was fair. I would definitely use this service again.

I have called alot of plumber, I don't trust them .they couldn't finished there work or do a better job .they cherge alot money too,but this guys are wonderful. They do a fantastic of job, may God bless you .

My experience with Green Air Heating and Cooling was great! Their price was better than 2 other companies I received estimates from, they completed the work in 3 days instead of 4 like I requested, and the workers were polite and respectful. I would recommend them to anyone!
