I called Guaranteed Plumbing on Monday morning and was told I would get a call Tuesday morning, and they did not disappoint! They called and came out as promised on time, for a free estimate, Pricing was excellent!! and they did the job on the spot.The guys Rich & Joe were VERY knowledgeable and professional, they explained every step clearly, and did an awesome job in a reasonable amount of time. they job was completed and clean up weas a breeze and I must say it was pleasure having them in my home. and would recommend to friends and family

I had a pretty bad plumbing situation in my guest house where my disabled father resides. Because it’s so difficult to get my father to the house and up stairs a began calling every plumber I could find. Andy’s Plumbing was the only one willing to squeeze me in last minute. I’m also in a very remote area so finding someone to even make the drive was difficult. He communicated well regarding arrival time, identified a few problems that caused the issue, gave me options and at no point did I feel he was being dishonest or trying to take advantage. He appeared genuinely concerned by my situation and ultimately fixed the problem. He went in to explain some very simple and not overly expensive ways I could make some changes to avoid future problems. All around great service. I would recommend Andy’s plumbing to anyone. Oh and I haven’t had an issue since. This review is nearly a month later so I’m confident he didn’t bandaid anything.

We had to have a part of our sewer line replaced and they came out the next day to check out what was going on, and within a couple weeks the job was done! Very fast, reliable and knowledgeable!! I wouldn't go anywhere else for plumbing issues! The prices are very reasonable, they won't try and screw you over like a lot of other plumbers would! Brian was great to communicate with!! Happy holidays Buzz Duzz Plumbing. This review is long and long overdue. If you live in a very old home a cast iron boiler plumber may be hard to find. In prep for major surgery I wanted to make sure that my house was warm and comfortable during my recovery. It was not last winter. Pockets of cold areas in the radiator system along with a pump that shut off without reason from time to time left the house with such a chill. The pipes connected to a relatively new bolder had started to turn green. And one of my radiators started to leak. None of the plumbers I contacted work with cast iron. Finally i contacted a company that sells radiators and she gave me a list of only 6 companies. I choose Buzz Duzz (what a great name.) Mr Buzz came out and surveyed my entire system like an old veteran. (I was surprised at the youthful appearance of Mr Buzz). He made me aware of many things. Firstly, the boiler have been wrongly installed by the first contractor. Also he overcharged me by a few thousand dollars..that hurt. The contractor installed the pump upside down so the pressure was limited. It caused corrosion and infrequent shut offs. My pipes began to turn green. My dining room was warm, my living room was cold, my bathroom cold, bedroom half warm/cold, etc. The piping was too small and the chimney was never cleaned out so i was also experiencing a potential carbon monoxide poison issue. The piping was too small. The overflow tank was improperly ordered, replaced and hung. The shut off valve was installed wrong. Couplings we're wrong and so on and so on. It's amazing it ran at all. PGW came out twice turn on the gas with these safety issues in place some of which contradict their own safety codes. I later spoke to PGW they said it wasn't their job BUT had they made me aware I would not have used that contractor again. It was the first job I gave him after a fire, had I known it was done wrong i would not have given him other work in the home some of which was also was also poorly done.Buzz have me a good quote and told me he would be sending 3 expert plumbers that would show up early and work all day. Stan, Dan and tenacious Tom came out a few months later early and worked all day. Three extremely experienced and knowledgeable plumbers replaced all the piping to the boiler with brand new superior grade piping and increased width pipes. Installed the proper overflow tank in the proper place. Replaced/ installed the pump right side up. Squeaky cleaned the chimney stack. Replaced several bleeder valves and bled the system. Now my system runs so smooth with power and my entire house is warm even unexpectedly..my basement. My grand nieces and nephews when they visit sleep in the basement. Now no there's no carbon monoxide poison leak possibility and no winter colds. No constant shut offs, no cold rooms. My boiler/heater looks fantastic and i am recovering in utmost comfort. I was fortunate in the timing of these repairs so mangy shortages and in my choice of company. I hope these crafts continue to be handed down to youth. After dealing with a few unreliable company. It was a breathe of fresh air to find a Reliable Plumbing Company. They called when they were on their way and promptly came in and diagnosed the issue and fixed it. I was very impressed by the efficiency. I will be using them again and you should also.

This is by far THEE WORST COMPANY ever! I would never ever ever recommend these people! They walked into my house for all of literally 1 minute! Check the basement walked past my contractor and didn’t say 2 words to him. Walked straight out the front door. Slammed the door behind them and When asked if everything was ok, these men just ignored the question and kept walking down the street. When I check my cameras I was beside myself. If this is how you conduct business. You definitely won’t be in business for much longer. I will be contacting the better business bureau as well. I wouldn’t have even given a one star if I didn’t have to to make this post.

Sam is the best plumber hands down! I had a leaking kitchen sink that needed serious attention. He came over and got the job done in less than an hour. 10/10 would recommend.

I was told this is a reputable company. Nowadays it seems, as with all other companies, it has gone down the drain. No one cares any more about doing their job right and leaving a customer satisfied. A company who takes pride in their work and who wants someone to come back to their business over and over again because their work is just that good. You do not get that with this company. Due to the inadequacies with the first visit, a second visit was required to come and finish the job. The prices are ridiculous, the workload, later in day, is rigged just to get out the door and call it a day. They even walk away with your plunger! Never again, lesson learned. 8/7: Update to my initial review. I just used for the first time the new water valve they replaced in the backyard where my hose is connected. The water pours directly out from the wall, great job guys! Maybe you should be less concerned about the reviews for your company and more concerned about the quality of your work. You heard right, they made a special trip to our home, after my initial review, to question my elderly Mother about my review. Another thing I need to replace after this company did the initial job!
