We've used John multiple times and we've always had nothing but a positive experience. You can get on the schedule quickly, John and his crew are always polite, professional, they work tidy and efficiently and do impeccable work. Their experience in working on old Philly houses shows as they're honest with what things are going to cost or simply can't be done without a large investment-- they keep everything pretty practical and they let you know when things can be addressed later or need to be addressed ASAP which is really helpful as a homeowner. Can't recommend him enough!!

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

Recommended through a friend. Awoke to a leak on a Sunday morning. My experience is short, but sweet & sincere. Called Andy ,and got a returned call promptly, from Andy. He walked me through possible scenarios and the diagnosis for each. I was able to resolve the leak, and he saved me a house call. Will definitely use again.(hopefully not too soon.)

Services have been great! I have used them for my home and today for my mom’s house due to a leak coming from the cold water for the water heater. They immediately came as soon as possible diagnose the problem and fixed it all within an hour. Got everything up to code and install properly. Great work!

This has by far been the best experience! The first business to respond to my need of a quote (in the midst of a pandemic). The office staff was so courteous on the phone. Quote was Reasonable, Comparable with very fair pricing. Technician Anthony was punctual and Beyond respectful and kind. Again in the midst of a pandemic, he wore a mask the entire time and was so aware of his surroundings. His work was efficient and very thorough. He made excellent use of his time and mine. And this is the first time I’ve ever dealt with any service company where they were true to their quote. Not One penny more than quoted.

I was waiting for the guy that does AC and Heating unit to come back off vacation. The secretary did not know when he was coming back, she told me, she was going to call him and call me back, that was two week ago,in the meantime R&R Mechanical Service came in and did excellent job

No call No show. Scheduled them for a basic job and no one called the day of to let me know they would stand me up. Now I have to reschedule with a different vendor.

The service was prompt, professional and friendly. The work done was through and all the filters and other needed maintenance items were available and all needed maintenance completed on the first visit in a timely manner.A problem with the humidifier that the former service company was not able to fix was fixed on this visit. Respectful and very knowledgeableI've called them a couple times to take care of different plumbing problems and they came out and let me know what the problem was and how much it would cost to fix it. The price for the initial visit was applied to the total cost of the job. He cleaned up after himself and didn't leave any mess for me. He even helped me to put my ceiling fan together while he was here and didn't charge me for that!I'll be using them from now on.

I had an issue with my water heater. I discovered water in my basement and it was coming from the water heater. I called around but many plumbers were booked because of the holidays or closed because of COVID. Edward Hughes & Sons was able send someone over to my home right away. Not only that, but they were able to give a quote on the spot and change the water heater right then. They had the water heater replacement I needed and did not leave until the job was done. They took out the old water heater and even installed some shut-off valves I was missing. They were quick, clean, and professional the entire time. I was very happy and was able to have a hot shower that day. I would only call them again and have told everyone I know that this is a good company. Thanks!!!
