I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

Tim and Sam were amazing! They came out on short notice when I called about water in my basement. Another plumber had incorrectly identified the issue and quoted me thousands to fix it. Tim and Sam came out and quickly identified the correct issue and an action plan to address. They were incredibly trustworthy and clearly laid out all of my options transparently.
