He gave me a rough estimate that was better than another company that was recommended to me. He came out on a Sunday and his rates were REASONABLE!!!!! My new go to plumber!!!!

Excellent service! Professional. Reasonably-priced. Responsive and Courteous. Is there anything else one would want?This is my second time using Economy Plumbing. First call— Travis, the owner, fixed a burst pipe in our basement over the weekend. We had a few complexities and they worked with us on them. The owner is very nice and easy-going. Second call— Sam repaired our toilet. He is very knowledgeable and provided great communication every step of way.You genuinely need look no further than this company! They are now my go-to for any plumbing need!

Our 100 year old cast iron stack developed crack and we had water pooling in our basement. Roger and his team acted swiftly in responding to our need. He had a team out early the next day replacing our stack by early afternoon. His team was quick, clean and courteous. I will definitely use Roger Ross Plumbing again and would be quick with a recommendation.

Bob came out this morning and I was 100% impressed. Bob was punctual, friendly, informative and best of all he corrected the problem with our faulty tub/shower line (he even fixed a cosmetic problem with ourfreakishly long toilet bolts and added cover caps). I will not hesitate to use and recommend Joseph's Affordable Plumbing in the future.

Billy came out to give me an estimate the same day I called. He was fair and beat my other quotes. We were able to quickly get on the schedule for repair to our pipes on the curb. Trevor and Jim came to do the repair. They were very professional and really nice - easily the best contractors I have worked with and would 100% recommend to anyone looking for help with piping issues.

They arrive quickly and do solid work. The employees that you talk to and that come out are very nice.Would recommend, mostly for ASAP type services.Biggest con is price; they charge higher than smaller, locally owned plumbing companies. That said, if you need service right away with a price that you can feel confident will not change from the quote then go with these guys knowing you'll pay a little more.

Splash responded on a Sunday evening. I called a dozen plumbers when my water heater failed, Splash was the only one who said they would be right there. John showed up an hour with a new water heater an hour after that i had hot water my basement was clean and the job was done

You CANNOT give me a 12-4pm hour window and NOT show up and NOT even call to tell me you’re not making the appointment for something you already took my money for and didn’t complete fully. This is incredible unprofessional. Have mentioned many times the urgency in this work.

Joe and his team (April, Lorraine, Dennis, Josh et al) are terrific. Very customer service oriented, high-quality workmanship and backed by great support. We've upgraded to new high-efficiency boiler/hot water heaters at our home in the Philly suburbs and a rental property in Philadelphia in the past couple of years.
