I’m very impressed with the professionalism and prompt response from Zoom drain. We had a plumbing issue, and Juan was very careful to explain the situation and didn’t try to upsell anything to me. He left enough information for me to explain the issues we are having with our sewer connection so that any potential service could use his data to bid on the work. At no time did I feel like the zoom people were attempting to corner me or confuse me into other services, unlike some other large plumbing outfits. I’d totally call them again.

I contacted Marc, who was recommended by friend who also had a good experience, when my dishwasher started leaking all over my kitchen floor. On top of that issue, I had a clogged kitchen drain and failing garbage disposal. Marc responded quickly, assessed and explained each issue, then promptly resolved each problem within 2 hours. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and dedicated to resolving each issue. Another minor issue popped up later and he came back the following day to address that issue building a strong relationship with his clients. I called all around and mike from best price plumbing . was the only plumber I could get on the phone on a Friday. he came right out and investigated my emergency and put a sound test on my pipe outside and determined that it was a broken lead water service. that he was going to need to get a permit for my job.I told him I can not wait because I have a baby in the house. he then r knocked on my Nabor’s door and ran a hose from my house to the neighbors and boom ?!! He got me water he came back with the permit a few later and got the job done neat and clean me and my family are very impressed with mike and his guys are top notch plumbers highly recommend to anyone in need of a good honest plumber

The tech(don) arrived right on time and was Knowledgeable on steam systems. He was proficient with his wrk and took the time to explain what he was going to do and how he would do it. He also answered the several questions that I had and also provided tips on self maintenance. The sight flaw valve assembly was a little pricey but it needed to be done. Overall I was more than satisfied. Thanks

Reliable did a great job! Would have gave them 5 stars, but they were a little expensive and had to come back to fix a small leak, but they were very professional and fixed it the same day I called them.

I've been a client of Fred's since I purchased my home in 1985.He has installed/replaced heating systems, bathrooms fixtures, drain pipes - just about anything that needed to be replaced or repaired in an old house. He has been nothing but professional, always prompt in his response, never needed call backs - a fabulous plumber.

Knowledgeable guy and seems nice enough but he totally ripped me off knowing I’m a young homeowner. It really seemed like he made up the prices on the spot and doesn’t have standard rates. Here are the prices he charged me in case you’re wondering if he’s an honest businessperson:$500 for a simple replacement of a bathroom faucet$200 to replace a shower head (I know nothing about plumbing; he could have told me I could easily do it myself)$225 to replace a fill valve in the toiletIf you care at all about getting a fair rate, look elsewhere.
