He expertly and quickly remedied several different issues at my 102 year old house, all while keeping me in the loop with photos/videos of the progress. His strong work ethic was clearly evident, and his pricing was more than fair. Was hoping to find a plumbing service that we could use in the future. While we Appreciate the prompt service we were disappointed in the price gouging. Cost was double what we had anticipated and there was no discussion in what that cost would be prior to work being done. Will not recommend or use again.

I needed a second opinion, they went above and beyond to help us. A technician came out after his normal hours to find out leak, they were patient and understanding of our situation. We were informed of every step and had everything fully explained throughout the entire process. They were always available to answer the phone and always had somebody that could come out if we needed something at a certain moment , they went far beyond what previous plumbers have done and their range and we are forever grateful for their hard work.

Sunday afternoon, the hot water tank rusted out and flooded the garage. Looked up plumbers not only did the Drain Doctor answer the phone they set up to come out and replace it on Monday afternoon. They showed up on time, the employee Steve was very professional and knowledgeable, he explained every step he was taking. The quote was reasonable and exactly what he said.
