Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service they provided. The initial employee did not perform the task accurately. Travis entered and failed to clean the correct conduit. He chose to repair the drain conduit, which eventually led to a backup. The following day, the second man, Joe, arrived and repaired the toilet conduit and other issues. Joe took his time and completed the task accurately. 5 stars for Joe. Travis was also extremely useful!

I just wanted to share what great service I got from Ferran yesterday. I had placed an order for a new cooling system and it hasn’t come in yet. The gentleman who helped me place the order said, if anything happened to my old unit before the new unit came in call them and let them know and they would take care of it for me. ( with a couple of limitations) He couldn’t have spoken more truth! Our old air conditioner did go out on the Fourth of July and Ferran was right there to get it running again. It required a new motor and fan blades and they fixed it for me at no charge. The service guys that came out to work on it were extremely nice and extremely helpful. I’m glad I’ve chosen Ferran to install my new unit as well as reduct and insulate my attic. I highly recommend this company.

Toby is amazing! We bought a house and wanted to feel confident that the plumbing was in good shape. Toby got us there, with his professionalism, experience, practical advice and recommendations. We bought some fixtures he installed and he replaced all of the valves (stops) under the sinks because they were old and some were stuck. We wanted to prevent plumbing problems later on so that was good advice as a preventative measure. He also installed a new water heater and new toilet with good recommendations that we are please with. And let's not leave out how courteous and friendly he is as well! And clean, MWPP's motto! This was by far the smoothest process I have experienced with home repair. Plumber, Kevin Holmes, was very professional, personable, & efficient!!! I would highly recommend this gentlemen for any of your plumbing needs. Did a lot of work within a reasonable amount of time ( less than 1 hour). He replaced the garbage disposal and replaced some piping under the kitchen sink. Excellent service!

Called Frank gay for an AC issue. First people came and checked out the unit and said it would be a $1600 fix. Second guy came and “fixed it” well he didn’t. And after many weeks of calling and not getting a response from Frank gay we FINALLY got someone back out and what did he say? “Oh you might have a pipe issue” so these people charged us $1600 WHEN THEY DIDN’T EVEN CHECK EVERYTHING IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!! Would not recommend to ANYONE

They knew exactly what they were doing . Came to repair a huge leak and it needed to be fixed badly . No more being worried , I felt relieved . this company is extremely communicative. They fixed the problem it was easy for them and relieved stress for me .

We recently had to have a new AC unit installed and went with Rainaldi Home Services. The customer service we received was by far the best I’ve experienced in years. The technician was professional and courteous. He took the time to explain the process while performing the work, answered any questions that were asked, and worked efficiently to assure we were able to get our AC up and running again. They did a beautiful job replacing the unit and went above and beyond on making the experience wonderful. I had the terrible misfortune of signing a lease with TheListingREM who sent over a contractor who came to my rental property a total of 10 times before being able to solve half of my problem.

Rob from Associated Piping came over to the house and in less than 2 hours had my unit up and running, a unit which supposedly had a bunch of leaks and needed replacing reported by the previous company (Scotts AC repair -AVOID-)
