I’m an insurance Agent and many of my clients run into plumbing issues when purchasing a new home. We had a unique permitting question with a client who needs poly pipes replaced as soon as they close on a home in Clermont. Chris answered all our questions and gave great ideas all while on a job in an attic, and with a smile. It is always a pleasure to work with a consummate professional who is easy to reach and helpful, even when they don’t have to be.

We had an appointment from 8-12. No plumber arrived or called 30 minutes prior to the appointment. When I called at 12:00 to inquire about our appointment, my call was answered. I was told that my call was being transferred to the main office, but I was disconnected. I called again at 12:30. The same person answered the phone and muttered this guy is calling me again. Then promised to call me back in 2 minutes. Never called me back. Around 1:00 I received a call from a tech stating that he would arrive in 40 minutes. When I told him that I had waited 5 hours with no communication and I had called another plumber and wanted to cancel he said ok and hung up on me. I have deleted thief contact information and will never call them again. Unfortunately, they replumbed our house several years ago. They want the large dollar jobs but have terrible customer service.

We’re pleased with the service we received from Carlos. He arrived before time, unfortunately, he had to wait for me, but he was patient about it. He explained in detail the issue with the plumbing and was able to correct it promptly. I must also add, he did not make a single mess!! That’s a definite A+ for me!!

Plumber came out and fixed a leak I was very worried about very quickly and efficient. Prices are very fair and they definitely know what they are doing! Highly recommend.

We had a major rebuild at our home which required almost all plumbing fixtures to be replaced We also had the house replumbed at the same time. Their plumbers didn't know what they were doing. Our GC had to go guide them the whole way. We tried to get the owner Buddy to meet with our GC but he failed to call or show up. We had no choice but to get another company to finish the work correctly. We also found out that when they did the repiping in the attic that the new pipe was laid on top of the ducts and the ducts were stepped on and completely destroyed. We had to get our AC company to repair the work. We contacted the owner about paying the bill and he refused. We do not recommend this company
