Jeff, the painter, was amazing from start to finish. He was punctual, friendly, and very skilled at his craft. He arrived with all the necessary tools and took great care to ensure that the job was done properly.

The preparation work was meticulous, with Jeff removing all hardware, taping off molding, and sanding and chalking any areas that needed it. He also took great care to protect the surrounding areas with tarps, ensuring that the job was completed neatly and respectfully.

June 2019 - We came home from vacation two wks ago & our house was 90° & our compressor wasn't running. We belong to Pro-Tech Comfort Club & called immediately. A tech (Hector) was at our home within 2 hrs. Our 13 yr old compressor was dead so we chose to replace our entire AC unit. We met w/Tom, Pro-Tech CEO the following morning to discuss unit & price. After a great meeting w/Tom & choosing our unit, shortly after leaving Lorenzo came to measure & check our ductwork to confirm all was good. The next morning @ 8 a.m. two installers arrived to complete the job. Ruben & Heberth did an excellent job installing & completed the job in less time than expected. They were respectful of our home, put plastic down to protect the floors--vacuumed & cleaned everything before leaving. Pro-Tech's Install Supervisor, Michael, came by afterwards to make sure we were happy & all was well. A checklist was given to us in advance to show all work to be done. Everything on the checklist was completed to perfection. Their customer service was amazing-- they went above & beyond! We have been a Pro-Tech customer for 20 years & will continue to be for many more. Every employee we came in contact with indicated what a great company Pro-Tech is to work for - and that speaks volumes. All of the ladies in the office were so nice, helpful, & so good at what they do. They made it an enjoyable process from beginning to end, especially Lori & Mandolyn. I am a single mother. My water softener 'exploded' causing black carbon filled water throughout the house. I was extremely stressed out about the whole situation and felt very overwhelmed. Not only did they come out on a weekend evening, they were professional and extremely friendly. Don't hesitate in calling them if you need any plumbing needs.

I just wanted to share what great service I got from Ferran yesterday. I had placed an order for a new cooling system and it hasn’t come in yet. The gentleman who helped me place the order said, if anything happened to my old unit before the new unit came in call them and let them know and they would take care of it for me. ( with a couple of limitations) He couldn’t have spoken more truth! Our old air conditioner did go out on the Fourth of July and Ferran was right there to get it running again. It required a new motor and fan blades and they fixed it for me at no charge. The service guys that came out to work on it were extremely nice and extremely helpful. I’m glad I’ve chosen Ferran to install my new unit as well as reduct and insulate my attic. I highly recommend this company.

Was hoping to find a plumbing service that we could use in the future. While we Appreciate the prompt service we were disappointed in the price gouging. Cost was double what we had anticipated and there was no discussion in what that cost would be prior to work being done. Will not recommend or use again.

Plumber came out and fixed a leak I was very worried about very quickly and efficient. Prices are very fair and they definitely know what they are doing! Highly recommend.
