HORRIBLE, set a appointment time between 11-1 pm on a friday . they state that i will get a call prior to the arrival and driver will not come unless i answer the call. 1 pm comes and i never hear from them. i called and they state that driver will be there within 45 minutes. well that happens for the next 4 hrs!!!Took off work early to accommodate the plumber. plumber never shows and lady i spoke to continuously lies and states driver are on the way. i can tell this is the standard for this company. COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE!!!

I called Pat's Plumbing late afternoon on Friday, May 26th. I explained that my 92 year old Aunt's water heater broke. She and her caregiver were without hot water. We were entering Memorial Day weekend and didn't expect any service until at least Tuesday. However, Pat said he would replace the water heater early Saturday morning. He arrived when he said he would and quickly installed the new water heater. My Aunt now has hot water again. Also, Pat's price was the best and he was extremely kind and professional. After being quoted $771 and charged an 89 visit fee to fix a small leak in my attic. I contacted Best Plumbing for a quote and the gave me a quote over the phone and set up an appt. The tech came in promptly on time took 30 min to fix my issue and charged me the same price I was quoted over the phone. I was sooo Happy to find a company that was not trying to over charge me and take advantage of my situation. Thank you for your great service and being an honest company. Definitely will be my to go in the event I ever need any further work.

Shamrock is my new plumber. I called them after seeing the great reviews they have online and found that this truly is a fabulous company. I had a leak in my garage and was struggling to find someone to come out and fix it without having to pay the outrageous overtime charges. Shamrock arrived a few minutes earlier than quoted, was friendly, quick to assess the problem and correct it. I have used other well known plumbers in the past without any success. Shamrock is run by real people who truly want to help without robbing your bank account. Thank you Shamrock for restoring my faith in plumbers. You deserve every one of the 5 stars and more!

Michael and his assistant provided excellent service in replacing our shower valve. He even found a leak due to poor installation from another plumbing company. We are very satisfied with their service and attention to detail.

I needed a second opinion, they went above and beyond to help us. A technician came out after his normal hours to find out leak, they were patient and understanding of our situation. We were informed of every step and had everything fully explained throughout the entire process. They were always available to answer the phone and always had somebody that could come out if we needed something at a certain moment , they went far beyond what previous plumbers have done and their range and we are forever grateful for their hard work.

Marvin was great! He serviced my grandmothers home today and she was just thrilled with the time he took to explain to her what was going on and how professional he was in getting the job done. If there’s ever a problem on any of her properties again I know who I will be calling!!!
