As my husband was prepping our lawn for resodding, he accidentally cracked the main water line to our house! Of COURSE this was on a Saturday, when it's hard to find a plumber, and they would surely charge us an arm and a leg. Checked Angie's List and noticed Jeff's Kitchen Bath and Beyond had a TON of great reviews, so we called him, (among others). As a small business person myself, I was stunned when his voicemail said, leave a message and we'll call you back within 15 min What? Oh my gosh, I'm gonna test this guy out. Left a message at 12:30pm. Sure enough, 13 min later, Jeff calls me back! Impressed right away! Gave the phone to my husband and he was impressed with Jeff's knowledge AND his pricing (half the cost of what another major plumber was quoting us!). Jeff sent his man out within 2 hours, and the guy fixed our problem and got us up and running in time for my son to get in the shower for prom, and me to get ready for a fundraiser I'm going to tonight. Whew! Jeff, you were a lifesaver today. HIGHLY recommend!

Came out immediately for a leak issue. Advised that I regrout the shower. Took $145 for this with a smile. I felt ripped off. I normally do not give bad reviews but there was no follow up at all. I went thru a friend and got another plumber who discovered it was an issue with the shower pan with a very easy test. Beware.
