I had a great experience with total septic! Just 2 weeks ago, we were not able to use the bathrooms in our house. It was very frustrating and I was very stressed but Marlon came and saved the day! He was pleasant and explained the importance of maintenance on my septic tank. I am glad I chose total septic! :)

I received a prompt response from office manager; everyone was extremely professional and I'm thankful with the work they did from the installation of the water heating and how pipes were set up. Thank you.

I filled out online form, no response. I called and was told to supply pictures for estimate, did that. No reply after repeated attempts to get in contact with them. Professional they are not if they cannot even respond to an inquiry.
The owner response is untrue. While there may be an opinion formulated by the person saying I’m lying is completely false. I have no gripe other than to say there’s no professional aspect to this company based my lack there of.

Requested to have the grease trap pumped out. Richard arrived and was thorough. I did request a later service as that operation would not interfere with ours. Once i made Richard aware of this, he was responsive and understood the need to be completed quickly.

Extremely satisfied with the supplied service! My primary line was clogged, and a technician was dispatched to my residence in less than two hours. Joe was affable, knowledgeable, and comprehensive. It's wonderful to have peace of mind when you have Orlando Plumbing on your side.

Lifesavers. Fast, responsive and informative service! A broken hose bib on the outside of the house caused us a flooded patio, but within 2 hours of me calling the hose bib was fixed! Jeff was quick to call back, within 5 minutes and me leaving a message with the message service. He was very empathetic of the situation and honest about the costs up front and an estimate in my email Inbox before the plumber showed up! Their communication is the best I’ve seen from a service team! Emails and phone calls letting me know cost and estimated time of arrival to fix my hose bib. Gene arrived and quickly the situation and had the work of cleaning up the broken hose bib and replacing it! Granted he had to open the hole in the wall much larger and then drill a new hole for the new hose bib. After the new pipe and hose bib was installed, Gene did a great job to patch the hole and make it seamless against the wall. Granted I still need to paint the patch, but I have the feeling that if Gene could wait the 24+ hours he would have painted it for me - LOL.
Overall I was impressed the expedient, professional and courteous work provided by Jeff and Gene. If I or any of my friends need a plumber I will certainly call or recommend a call to Jeff’s Kitchen, Bath & Beyond!!

Pinhole leak in a copper pipe - $143 to fix. It took them under 1/2 hour to fix it. I assume that if they worked a full 8 hours on a project, it would cost 16 X $143 or $2,288.
I'm not sure what other plumbers charge.

I contacted this plumber based on my parents recommendation. I didn't get past the estimate which was difficult enough to get. I called to request an estimate for the cost of installing a bathtub in my condo, I couldn't get an estimate over the phone so I scheduled the plumber to come out. The plumber was three hours late, though to the credit of the front desk staff they did give me a call to let me know he was running late and my appointment needed to be rescheduled for later. When he arrived he didn't actually offer me any estimate he just said I'll try to get this done as soon as possible. I stopped to ask for an estimate and he told me it would be like 800 dollars i wasn't provided a written estimate or any basis of the charges. He then added I'm going to have to wait for another tech to come since this is a tub install and we need to people. Why would you not bring two technicians in the first place if you knew the job you were going to needed two technicians. I promptly told him that the cost was too high and that I had already received multiple estimates for around 250-300 dollars and his was response just Really? Then you should call one of them.
