I highly recommend Drain Genie to anyone looking for repiping services or any plumbing needs. I recently purchased a home with polybutylene piping and after several estimates choose them not only because of the affordability but their manager's John professionalism and responsiveness. When it was time to do the job he wasn't present but another plumber by the name of Steve and his crew were equally fantastic. They were very through, and explained the process of repiping throughly before starting and what to expect which I appreciated. I will definitely be using them on any future plumbing needs.

Had them replace my water heater, cost half as much as the quote from the plumber you hear advertising on the radio. The installer was on time and professional. Install was quick and up to code.

The team at Johnny Gibson Plumbing was amazing. There were very responsive and knowledgeable. They replaced my garbage disposal in no time. Definitely using them again.

Rudy was/is very professional and meticulous in his work. He had to cut two holes in the drywall to find the source of the water coming through the wall and quickly repaired the leaking joint. He patched the holes with the original drywall in such a way as only minimal work is needed to finish. I would highly recommend Spegal and would gladly call them again.

Tech was knowledgeable and fast. I just needed an all home water filter device replaced. It was a Saturday, and I guess I was a little shocked at the price. But I understand with the service call.

Unfortunately, they were hired by my GC as a sub for the first time to do the complete plumbing job on our new house. I've had nothing but problems. For one they are well overpriced, and now that we need to have our refrigerator water line moved (for a fee) couple of feet to fit our kitchen design, before the drywall hanging stage. They keep ignoring our request after endless phone calls and emails. So we keep having to delay the drywall install stage.

Rip off. We had our roof replaced, and we suspected a nail hit a gas line because we had a gas leak the same day. Asked BF to come do a leak detection service so that we could find the source of the leak, and show it to the roofing company. I showed them where the piping would most likely be close enough to be penetrated by a nail. After a couple hours, I'm told that they've verified there's a link somewhere in the tube, but they can't tell where at. They then gave me two options for repair, one to replace sections of piping, maybe 15 feet total, for $800+, and then if that doesn't work (Because they have no idea where the leak is coming from, even though I'm paying $375 for a leak detection test...) they'll replace everything for $1800!

After the tech left (who was actually super nice) I climbed in the attic and crawled to the corner where I suspected the nail to hit the pipe, and guess what! Clear as day, there's a nail sticking straight into the pipe. I called and asked for my money back, since it seemed awfully silly for me to have to pay $375 for a leak detection that they (a) weren't able to detect, and (b) took me all of 10 minutes to find myself, because I actually took the time to crawl on my hands and knees to look.

They refused, with the explanation that, We determined there was in fact a leak in the pipe. That's what the leak detection is. Good job! There's a leak somewhere in 150 feet of piping, and your solution is to just try to replace it and hope it gets fixed.
