Hired A1 Service Plumbing for a routine backflow testing. The technician failed to turn the irrigation valve back on after testing and, with use traveling for two months, this killed off most of my lawn. A simple $80 testing will now cost me hundreds to repair. I also had to remind them twice to send in the paperwork to the city for testing.

Now, they won't return my calls or emails. Completely unprofessional.

We were told by a meter reader of all people that our meter was spinning and should get it checkedTurned off the water called Drain Genie they tried to come same day but we couldn’t do make it so the next morning they were there found the problem we were losing a gallon n a half a minute fixed it checked the whole house no more leaks!!
