Waiting on service is a torture! …. I just want to cry. We bought their new unit less than 3 years ago…. We managed monthly clean up by ourselves… until May 2023 when AC broke down. I called and 5 days later they said it was the thermostat… cost me $600 to replace it. The following month… in the middle of June 2023 AC broke down…again. We pay the $300 “comfort plan” and the visit of $150. But again this month (Friday, July 21, 2023) at 98F insiste my home AC is out…. AGAIN. I called and guess what? No one can come until Wednesday the 26th in the middle of this scrutinizing relentless hot summer and to make this worse, my elderly mom who lives with me can’t even breathe… I cannot afford a hotel stay and I cannot leave my mom alone in a hotel…. Already bought fans for us, but it’s just blowing hot air. I just have to wait in this hot summer days to go by, holding to their “Confort Plan” to really work. I just hope they do come clean and don’t play with people life. (Fingers crossed)..Sunday, July 23: Update —> The heat we experienced yesterday was like never before! Last night… I felt as sleep crying. Woke up reading a text message from Pro-Tech that crew will come in between 3 -5 pm Sunday (today). Its 12 noon and temperature is expected to reach 95F by the time the arrive. I still my fingers crossed and hoping for the best.UPDATESunday, July 23 @ 3:01 PMTechnician just arrived. Like a hero without a cape!. He opened the overflow valve, connect a vacuum outside. Poor 2 gl of water down the drain. I cleaned and changed the 3M air filter and grill (was last changed on the 1st) turned the AC on and cool air began to flow.Apparently, Florida is getting more and more humid beginning last year… than years before, reasons why my unit shot off to prevent floating inside my house.I must add, customers service who answered my call Friday got me worried with a week apart appointment; she was understanding and very nice on the phone.But when I received an update message with an appointment for today… I was happy my mom would get a sleep again (is about dignity in this age of her)…Tech said this is a service they have to do every month as part of the “Comfort Plan” we purchased. I’ll call Monday to schedule my next appointment. Moved rattling from 1 to 5 ⭐️ stars because they did showed up on time, professional. I hope we don’t get to suffer like this again.

I called Pat's Plumbing late afternoon on Friday, May 26th. I explained that my 92 year old Aunt's water heater broke. She and her caregiver were without hot water. We were entering Memorial Day weekend and didn't expect any service until at least Tuesday. However, Pat said he would replace the water heater early Saturday morning. He arrived when he said he would and quickly installed the new water heater. My Aunt now has hot water again. Also, Pat's price was the best and he was extremely kind and professional. I have a Cool Today Plan to take care of plumbing, A/C and electrical needs. I had to replace my water heater yesterday. The Plan saved me a good amount of money. The plumber showed-up on time. He was pleasant and professional and he worked quickly. He also answered all my questions .

DO NOT USE CERTIFIED PLUMBING. I had to have their shoddy work redone by a competent plumber. They demanded full payment despite not delivering working plumbing. Then, while negotiating, they threatened a lien. Use anyone else. Seriously.

Just tried calling twice. The automated phone has options for Staff Directory, Emergencies, Commercial, HR, Permitting, etc. but has no option for residential and hangs up on you if you push 0 and would like to speak to someone. I was calling for a residential full repipe.

These guys were money. Best experience I have ever had with any crew. Crew of 4 completed my repipe in 6 hours, city inspector came the next morning followed by another crew to reset the holes. Totally satisfied customer and their price was also reasonable. Two huge thumbs up. Will definitely use them for all my plumbing needs moving forward.

Plumber came out and fixed a leak I was very worried about very quickly and efficient. Prices are very fair and they definitely know what they are doing! Highly recommend.

Drain Doctor Plumbers were great. Came to my house on the south side of Orlando with a good response time. They were able to show up within just a couple of hours. Plumber was quick to find the leak under my sink and do the repair. Prices were very affordable.

Total RAVE for “All About Plumbing” and owner Buddy Roboski. Needed some maintenance plumbing done along with a couple new installs. Called yesterday, here today. They totally rock. This company was chosen by my gas company to do the job. It was supposed to be a replacement installation , because I had a tankless water heater that was not working. The tech came finally the next morning after my appointment to do the job and he left a botched mess. It looks like a rigged up mess. I called Michelle about it but she didn’t answer, so I texted her with photos. She said that she would talk with him, but never heard back from her. Pictures to follow
