Best Hot Water Heater Installation in Orlando FL

I was referred to Reliance Plumbing in April '22 by my landscaper (My 3 Sons) due to an irrigation issue and Nathan handled it very professionally; however, we discovered an unrelated toilet-sewer issue in late July so I instantly thought of him.
On this past Mon pm, he came out, assessed the situation, gave me a timetable for repair, and quoted me an estimate. The time wouldn't work for me so he politely accommodated my Tues schedule, returned promptly and replaced, not repaired, my broken flange after slowly explaining & showing me the problem.
True to his timetable, he replaced it, cleaned up my bathroom, cleared & flushed my sewage pipe, & returned my toilet to working usage.
His excellent customer svc, effective communication skills & professional behavior have absolutely resonated with me and I'll be using(& referring) him when our need arises. Bravo Mr.Saeda - you are an asset to your company!

Pro-Tech called and informed me they would be able to have a Tech at my place earlier than what was first scheduled (nice surprise). Austin arrived, assessed my situation (clogged sewer line) and provided an estimate, then proceeded with the repair. He was professional, pleasant, and quick. I will recommend Pro-Tech in the future.

I called Pat's Plumbing late afternoon on Friday, May 26th. I explained that my 92 year old Aunt's water heater broke. She and her caregiver were without hot water. We were entering Memorial Day weekend and didn't expect any service until at least Tuesday. However, Pat said he would replace the water heater early Saturday morning. He arrived when he said he would and quickly installed the new water heater. My Aunt now has hot water again. Also, Pat's price was the best and he was extremely kind and professional. Then, Tanya followed up with me a couple of times the next morning to get a technician out to our home as soon as possible. Came to take a look at my houses outside house as it was dripping. Couple hours later they got the job done and the leak was stopped.

I called for a backed up kitchen drain. Very nice customer service and very easy to book an appointment. My technician Jesus was great, he was super nice and professional. Simple clearing of the drain and it’s draining just fine. Good price for the work today. Thanks again!

I have used them for years. They did a total plumb when I bought my house and anything I need done is done promptly and at a reasonable price. I had other plumbers want to charge more then twice as much

John was pleasant and courteous. He seemed knowledgeable and told me how he could fix my problems. He told me what the cost was and let me decide what was to be done. He did what I agreed to quickly and left no mess. I was satisfied with his work. Good job.

I needed a second opinion, they went above and beyond to help us. A technician came out after his normal hours to find out leak, they were patient and understanding of our situation. We were informed of every step and had everything fully explained throughout the entire process. They were always available to answer the phone and always had somebody that could come out if we needed something at a certain moment , they went far beyond what previous plumbers have done and their range and we are forever grateful for their hard work.

Sunday afternoon, the hot water tank rusted out and flooded the garage. Looked up plumbers not only did the Drain Doctor answer the phone they set up to come out and replace it on Monday afternoon. They showed up on time, the employee Steve was very professional and knowledgeable, he explained every step he was taking. The quote was reasonable and exactly what he said. We were very happy with them, and would recommend them for all plumbing needs.

We had a major rebuild at our home which required almost all plumbing fixtures to be replaced We also had the house replumbed at the same time. Their plumbers didn't know what they were doing. Our GC had to go guide them the whole way. We tried to get the owner Buddy to meet with our GC but he failed to call or show up. We had no choice but to get another company to finish the work correctly. We also found out that when they did the repiping in the attic that the new pipe was laid on top of the ducts and the ducts were stepped on and completely destroyed. We had to get our AC company to repair the work. We contacted the owner about paying the bill and he refused. We do not recommend this company

This company was chosen by my gas company to do the job. It was supposed to be a replacement installation , because I had a tankless water heater that was not working. The tech came finally the next morning after my appointment to do the job and he left a botched mess. It looks like a rigged up mess. I called Michelle about it but she didn’t answer, so I texted her with photos. She said that she would talk with him, but never heard back from her. Pictures to follow
