Over the past weekend my AC system stopped working. With the heat wave we are currently experiencing and family coming to visit I needed to make sure that our system was back up and running. Hired A1 Service Plumbing for a routine backflow testing. The technician failed to turn the irrigation valve back on after testing and, with use traveling for two months, this killed off most of my lawn. A simple $80 testing will now cost me hundreds to repair. I also had to remind them twice to send in the paperwork to the city for testing.

Now, they won't return my calls or emails. Completely unprofessional.

I called them for some services and a guy said someone else is going to be calling soon. Someone called me back soon and we scheduled the service for 1:30 PM same day. He texted me saying he was late. At 4:30 I called him back and scheduled the service for next day 9:00 AM. He never showed up or answer my calling. I end up hiring another company.

Dependable, do what they say, but pricey and you get what you pay for. If I have a problem, I will call them.
