Best Garbage Disposal Repair And Replacement in Orlando FL

This company performed a leak repair. They came out late Friday evening and completed the repairs after 7pm. As a foreigner that lives in the UK and was not able to make payment till the next business day. When contacted on Monday, they refused to provide written itemized statement until payment was received. Finally late Monday evening around 6:41pm I received a statement. If payment was not made, there is a daily late fee of $25. Tried to make a payment via Zelle per their statement and it did not go through. By Thursday the bill has increased to $650 and the threat of a lien on the property. This business has been operational for 10 years and has no online payment option. Worried for the security of giving credit card information over the phone or sending it via email is risky as this account has been compromised before. Unfortunately, the only option to pay is providing the card detail unsecured, wanting to avoid a lien and additional late fees. While the work was completed satisfactorily, as a foreigner it felt as though this was a scam and unprofessional. Would never recommend this company.

Very poor customer service. There was an issue with the service provided and a difference of opinion regarding who was responsible for the damages and the amount owed. This is not uncommon with business transactions when services are rendered. The way that the issue was handled however was completely unacceptable. The contact person named Robert was very rude and hung up on me. He refused to talk to me stating that I was not the person who contracted them for the work and in the midst of explaining that I was the person directly involved in receiving the services and that we could get the landlord on three-way, he said he would not argue and that I am fully responsible for the damages and hung up the phone. Prior to speaking to Robert, my landlord expressed that he was very rude when they were communicating and that his demeanor towards her may have been because she was a woman and that I might get better results when speaking to him. It turns out that he was just as rude to me as he was to her. I have left a full review with additional details on Angie's List for those interested in researching further.
Please note that I have no issues with the repairman. He called before arriving, came promptly, finished the work, and left both times on site. There was very little conversation between us. I am not sure if his statement to the company is the root of the problem, but while he was here, we had no issues.

Was hoping to find a plumbing service that we could use in the future. While we Appreciate the prompt service we were disappointed in the price gouging. Cost was double what we had anticipated and there was no discussion in what that cost would be prior to work being done. Will not recommend or use again.

Hassle free, told him what I needed and was done to the detail. Very professional and time efficient. I Definitely will be using his services for future projects.

We cannot say enough about Action Plumbing. I texted them on a Sunday about a leak under a sink. We had to shut off the water to the whole house. Needless to say, very inconvenient. Scott was there by 8am Monday and life returned to normal.

I just wanted to share what great service I got from Ferran yesterday. I had placed an order for a new cooling system and it hasn’t come in yet. The gentleman who helped me place the order said, if anything happened to my old unit before the new unit came in call them and let them know and they would take care of it for me. ( with a couple of limitations) He couldn’t have spoken more truth! Our old air conditioner did go out on the Fourth of July and Ferran was right there to get it running again. It required a new motor and fan blades and they fixed it for me at no charge. The service guys that came out to work on it were extremely nice and extremely helpful. I’m glad I’ve chosen Ferran to install my new unit as well as reduct and insulate my attic. I highly recommend this company.

Toby is amazing! We bought a house and wanted to feel confident that the plumbing was in good shape. Toby got us there, with his professionalism, experience, practical advice and recommendations. We bought some fixtures he installed and he replaced all of the valves (stops) under the sinks because they were old and some were stuck. We wanted to prevent plumbing problems later on so that was good advice as a preventative measure. He also installed a new water heater and new toilet with good recommendations that we are please with. And let's not leave out how courteous and friendly he is as well! And clean, MWPP's motto! Hired A1 Service Plumbing for a routine backflow testing. The technician failed to turn the irrigation valve back on after testing and, with use traveling for two months, this killed off most of my lawn. A simple $80 testing will now cost me hundreds to repair. I also had to remind them twice to send in the paperwork to the city for testing.

Now, they won't return my calls or emails. Completely unprofessional.

Sunday afternoon, the hot water tank rusted out and flooded the garage. Looked up plumbers not only did the Drain Doctor answer the phone they set up to come out and replace it on Monday afternoon. They showed up on time, the employee Steve was very professional and knowledgeable, he explained every step he was taking. The quote was reasonable and exactly what he said. We were very happy with them, and would recommend them for all plumbing needs.
