Highly recommend this company! Our presumed problem of a broken ice maker line ended up actually being damage from a squirrel that had briefly, unbeknownst to us , been in the wall. Big surprise! but the unplanned repairs were skillfully and completely carried out in a very thorough and timely response by Jimmy . Unfazed, he was most considerate of our situation and had reasonable pricing to repair the hidden damage to pipes in the walls plus a newly discovered leak under the kitchen sink as well as the original issue of a chewed up ice maker line! Reycel Martinez is an exceptional technician. He knew exactly what the problem was from a brief description and went right to work to make the repair. He worked so quietly I forgot he was hear. He restored my AC and modified a PVC component so it would be more efficient for future maintenance. Rey was so courteous and professional we were pleased to have him in our home.

We had to replace a toilet and shut off valve that were both leaking badly with water on the floor. It was done properly and included removal and disposal of all old components plus trash. The caulking was done expertly, too. The plumber was thorough, very nice and on time. This was our first experience with Harvey Baker Plumbing; we plan to renovate both bathrooms soon and will use them again.

I had a shower faucet break with the water on and needed help. I called around and Drain Genie was able to get someone out within an hour or so. Carlos went right to work and saved me hundreds, if not a thousand+ dollars with the cartridge removal from the faucet as it was older than dirt. Excellent service and incredibly nice guy. Thanks!

Hired A1 Service Plumbing for a routine backflow testing. The technician failed to turn the irrigation valve back on after testing and, with use traveling for two months, this killed off most of my lawn. A simple $80 testing will now cost me hundreds to repair. I also had to remind them twice to send in the paperwork to the city for testing.

Now, they won't return my calls or emails. Completely unprofessional.

Had them back out to unclog the drain line from the washing machine, arrived on time and fixed the problem price was good. Excellent service.

Pinhole leak in a copper pipe - $143 to fix. It took them under 1/2 hour to fix it. I assume that if they worked a full 8 hours on a project, it would cost 16 X $143 or $2,288.
I'm not sure what other plumbers charge.

I used their website to book a repair appointment with a special discount on repair service. I got a confirmation email, and a follow up email asking what the problem was. The following business day I still had no email or phone call in regards to the booking. I called the office and was told they were very busy, and would have to check on availability of a plumbing tech. Several hours later, they have someone, but now there's a problem with the online price. The site is not correct, (big surprise right!). It's going to be more than the price listed online and the email notification. That's without even checking how much work the repair would be. They did go over the pricing finally over the phone with me. I canceled the job. One it was more than I wanted to pay, two if they already changed the price on me once, I'm sure they would change it again after the plumber was here ready to do the repair. Consumer beware, if you want to use them call on the phone and get all the pricing upfront. I have used them before without a problem. I guess it's time to find a new plumbing company.
