Greg came out to do the work and was very polite, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly! They were able to quickly and accurately diagnosis and fix our issue. After being quoted $771 and charged an 89 visit fee to fix a small leak in my attic. I contacted Best Plumbing for a quote and the gave me a quote over the phone and set up an appt. The tech came in promptly on time took 30 min to fix my issue and charged me the same price I was quoted over the phone. I was sooo Happy to find a company that was not trying to over charge me and take advantage of my situation. Thank you for your great service and being an honest company. Definitely will be my to go in the event I ever need any further work.

I discovered while showering last night that we had no hot water. I muscled through it, and first thing this morning, after researching plumbing companies, called Shamrock due to their good reviews. Within 1.5 hours of my call, I again have hot water! James was the technician, very friendly and after just glancing at the heater knew what the problem was. Luckily it was an easy fix. He reset everything, waited while the heater refilled and made sure the water was heating, and showed me what to do if I have this issue again. Great service guys!

I needed a second opinion, they went above and beyond to help us. A technician came out after his normal hours to find out leak, they were patient and understanding of our situation. We were informed of every step and had everything fully explained throughout the entire process. They were always available to answer the phone and always had somebody that could come out if we needed something at a certain moment , they went far beyond what previous plumbers have done and their range and we are forever grateful for their hard work.
