Installation went as discussed. Worked quickly and as expected schedule. Recommendation: improve the project finish. I would have liked a better cleaning & finish of the backyard. Overall, good service.

Then, Tanya followed up with me a couple of times the next morning to get a technician out to our home as soon as possible. And finally, Victor Rodriguez, the technician, came on time as scheduled and took care of everything for us. Victor was great! I called Chris and he immediately answered. I had a “different type” of flapper in my toilet I had never seen. Chris came out and fixed it. He also fixed my valve to my toilet that turns on and off the water that is connected to the pipe because it didn’t turn anymore. He also unclogged a sink in my bathroom. All of this done same day! He was very professional, and on time! I appreciate the fast, awesome work. Plumbing is expensive but I feel his price was average!

Only company that could come out same day right before hurricane. They were able to temporarily fix problem but unfortunately my pipes need to be replaced. Highly recommend Brad and his crew

Great Service and professionalism

We had a major rebuild at our home which required almost all plumbing fixtures to be replaced We also had the house replumbed at the same time. Their plumbers didn't know what they were doing. Our GC had to go guide them the whole way. We tried to get the owner Buddy to meet with our GC but he failed to call or show up. We had no choice but to get another company to finish the work correctly. We also found out that when they did the repiping in the attic that the new pipe was laid on top of the ducts and the ducts were stepped on and completely destroyed. We had to get our AC company to repair the work. We contacted the owner about paying the bill and he refused. We do not recommend this company

We needed Herrell on a Sunday, they called back w/in minutes and had us back in service w/in a couple hours. Prompt, professional and friendly as always. My tankless water heater stopped working and someone recommended this company. From the first call they were very professional. They sent a technician out the same day and was able to diagnose the problem. He came back with the part and before I knew it I had hot showers again. Highly recommended, quick response, and excellent quality /service. Hard to find honest and reliable plumbers now a days but this company is awesome. Thank you !!!!
