I called for an estimate on some French drains. They took my number and told me someone named Kevin would call me shortly. 24 hours later no call. I called back and was able to speak to Kevin who scheduled an appointment for the next day and never showed up. When I called to inquire about it, the receptionist told me she worked in accounting and dispatch was busy and she was just helping out. I expressed my frustration with the lack of follow up and professionalism only to be told that she’d wait until I was “Done”. From my experience I would not recommend this company for any services.

You won't use another plumber after using Scott and associates. The Technician was Richard and he's very professional and explain what action he was taking step by step. I needed a Re-pipe done and the job takes him less than a day to complete. What I loved most is that he left the work area clean and their prices are affordable

Great experience with Orlando City Plumbing. Reached out to them to address a leak issue with my toilet. I spoke with Andrew and we coordinated a time that worked well for us. He came over and corrected the issue right away. He also provided some options should I decide to do any kind of replacements. Appreciated the honesty and no hard sells.

I have used them a couple of times now, once for a leak under my foundation and another time for a complete garbage disposal replacement, each time they were professional, punctual, and provided great work. A technician came out in response to a home warranty call that was not covered, however Rick was quick to offer his help/advice on how to best ensure similar service calls wouldn't happen again. Additionally, he provided other estimates on work that needed to be done. Based on his professionalism and integrity, we went with Choice Plumbing and will continue to utilize them for any future plumbing needs. Very happy with their service.

No water coming into the house this morning. Called the county who came out and shut of the main so we could get it fixed. Called Pardo on recommendation. 24 hr answering service took our call and we had a call back in minutes and a truck at our house within an hour. Problem fixed at a very reasonable rate. Would definitely recommend!

Pinhole leak in a copper pipe - $143 to fix. It took them under 1/2 hour to fix it. I assume that if they worked a full 8 hours on a project, it would cost 16 X $143 or $2,288.
I'm not sure what other plumbers charge.

Hired A1 Service Plumbing for a routine backflow testing. The technician failed to turn the irrigation valve back on after testing and, with use traveling for two months, this killed off most of my lawn. A simple $80 testing will now cost me hundreds to repair. I also had to remind them twice to send in the paperwork to the city for testing.

Now, they won't return my calls or emails. Completely unprofessional.

Sunday afternoon, the hot water tank rusted out and flooded the garage. Looked up plumbers not only did the Drain Doctor answer the phone they set up to come out and replace it on Monday afternoon. They showed up on time, the employee Steve was very professional and knowledgeable, he explained every step he was taking. The quote was reasonable and exactly what he said. We were very happy with them, and would recommend them for all plumbing needs.
