I would like to thank Chris Albury and Robert Consider for the best customer service EVER. We had a new septic system installed, and they were both polite and very informative during the process. We had a slight issue and they corrected it even after it was approved by the county so we did not have issues later. I really appreciate the honesty and service provided. I feel that the customer service provided was above and beyond anything we see today.

Our plumber's name was Nestor. He was punctual and professional and was very sociable. He did a wonderful job and was very easy to converse with regarding the issues regarding our plumbing. He represented Roto Rooter outstandingly. I will definitely use Roto Rooter again after the impression he left.

Very knowledgeable in their work. They did more than what I had expected. Initially I had said replace wax ring under commode. They did that and replace some of the parts that I had for inside tank.

Also stopped leak on the other commode and replaced some parts on inside of tank. Also put new seat on that I had.

Showed up when they said, cleaned up after job, polite, reasonable priced. Would use them again and also recommend them.

Pinhole leak in a copper pipe - $143 to fix. It took them under 1/2 hour to fix it. I assume that if they worked a full 8 hours on a project, it would cost 16 X $143 or $2,288.
I'm not sure what other plumbers charge.

Plumber came out and fixed a leak I was very worried about very quickly and efficient. Prices are very fair and they definitely know what they are doing! Highly recommend.

Drain Doctor Plumbers were great. Came to my house on the south side of Orlando with a good response time. They were able to show up within just a couple of hours. Plumber was quick to find the leak under my sink and do the repair. Prices were very affordable.

We had a major rebuild at our home which required almost all plumbing fixtures to be replaced We also had the house replumbed at the same time. Their plumbers didn't know what they were doing. Our GC had to go guide them the whole way. We tried to get the owner Buddy to meet with our GC but he failed to call or show up. We had no choice but to get another company to finish the work correctly. We also found out that when they did the repiping in the attic that the new pipe was laid on top of the ducts and the ducts were stepped on and completely destroyed. We had to get our AC company to repair the work. We contacted the owner about paying the bill and he refused. We do not recommend this company
