Leo diagnosed the issue within 5 minutes & explained what the problem was. To be honest I did research what he explained and he was on point. We set up an appointment for the replacement water heater and the day of Leo did reach out to inform us he could be there earlier. Him along with another coworker showed up as on time and properly fixed it at a very fair price. I appreciate the patience he expressed while dealing with the elderly. I will definitely use again and recommend to my neighbors/friends.

After having a horrible experience working with Rainaldi, I called Shamrock and the man on the phone was professional and was willing to answer all of my questions. They came out and did a great job repairing my tenants toilet at less than half of what Rainaldi was quoting me. I highly recommend them and will be calling them for any plumbing issues in my tenants and my own home.

Their service is so good that I created a google account just to give them a great review. I first used Drain Genie a year ago. I called, they responded immediately and gave perfect service. The were polite, professional and prompt. They were honest and didn’t overcharge. When I had another plumbing issue I search my entire bank account to find out who I used before and finally found the check o wrote with their name. I stored their # now so I’ll always have it. Again, when I called them, same experience. I trust them. They would never try to overcharge and came right when I needed them. I’m not ever using anyone else. I also run a company and will be calling them for all plumbing there as well. I wanted to write this review because I wanted them to know that great companies with great service are the ones that always stand above all the rest!!

Kenrick was very professional, he was excellent with customer services, it started out bad but on my end. I actually had him leave and then called him back, regardless he was very professional even if I was in the wrong. I hope he gets paid well cause he deserves it, he was knowledgeable , understanding and very professional fixed my main line clog in a very timely manner. 2nd time ever using rotor rooter and will use again and recommend.

Too expensive for adding additional lines for extra electric. Used to be $150. Now they want $3000

They finally made it right.

I have had Ben Franklin out to my house as well as rental properties on various occasions. Several of the issues were somewhat complicated (issues below the slab) while other were very simple (water heater issues). After my first dealing with Bill and his crew I knew whether it was simple or complicated, I was confident that the job would be done in a cost effective and quality manner. Knowing that I can leave service techs in my house to do their work so I can get back to mine really means a lot to a small business owner. On one occasion, the technician actually proposed an idea much simpler than the one I had originally suggested which ended up saving me several hundred dollars. It takes a lot to make another service guy happy, and they have done just that every single time I have called them.

After spending nearly $12k on a new AC, I’m disappointed in the cowling that covered the opening. I feel that the cowling install could have been better. It looks like something they forced to fit. Looks unprofessional. Otherwise, the service was good. The work and technicians were prompt.

They made the problem even worse, and made us pay the full amount. They also used 2 of my clean bath towels for the leaking toilet water. We tried to contact the man who came so he could finish the job, but he did not respond, so they basically ripped us off. I would not recommend them at all!!!
