DO NOT TRY THEM! After waiting all day for their master plumber to come to the house their plumber stormed off disrespectfully , got into his truck and drove off because I was calling his office to check on the pricing he was quoting me. They won't tell you how much it is to use a camera to check your pipes so you have to wait until someone comes to you. After being delayed and rescheduling, I waited for him and finally he came at nearly 5:00 pm -- 5 hours late. On the reschedule call, the woman at their office told me that he has had a long day and wanted me to know that if he comes out here it would cost between $300-$375 to use the camera to check my pipes under my house for leaks or to see if there was a clog or if one of the pipes was sagging. I said fine to tell him I wanted this done.

Mr. Plumber arrived with a very obvious attitude of I've had a long day and I'm going to tell you everything you need to send me away without working for you. When I told him that I need to know if there is a leak or a sag in the pipes under the house because we have already spent $2400 because of toilets flooding the rooms with 6 bathrooms in my house , he told me that it is $350 PER LINE NOT FOR THE JOB. He knew I didn't need for him to look at the drain field we have just to check the plumbing lines under the house but he told me there are many lines . Its an easy job because we have a crawl space under out house. He also tried to tell me that discoloration and rippling on a section of wood in my kitchen is due to a wood problem... Ha ha that is a ridiculous assumption. These are Carlisle wide plank floors from Atlanta and they are all throughout my house and for 11 years there is not another place that appears to be turning colors, has a rippled finish as if it were soaked from underneath .

I told him I was going to call his office and dispute what he was telling me and he stormed off and got into his truck and sped down my long driveway. He was here no more than 15 minutes. Horrible ! Almost unbelievable but this man did not want to work anymore and this was the excuse he needed to get home.

The people in the office seem nice but as expected, the manager had gone home and was unable to speak to me about this.

They were great! Did an awesome job installing a new hybrid water heater and even took our old one away. Piping was clean, despite our somewhat hectic inputs/outputs. Strongly recommend!

I discovered from my water bill that there was a leak coming into the house. I called several companies and not a single one wanted to actually work, as this was going to involve digging a trench from the meter to the house to replace the pipe. Jaffe came out and got me on the schedule ASAP. I can't say enough good thing about this company. Great job and a fair price.

I had called two plumbing companies to fix a clog in my kitchen sink for some reason they couldn’t fix it. I called American veterans plumbing they came right out, fix the problem the same day Matt was very professional and very reasonable price. I will use this company from now on.

I have used this company twice in the last month. We had a plumber before who flat out lied to us, over charged and did not solve our problem. THEN, we called Drain Genie because I found them online and they had great reviews... Their best practice is to provide a quote over the phone. The price they quote is the price it is. They are not necessarily cheap- but if you need a plumber, you can expect that it probably won't be cheap- and they are fair. The first time they came out in 15 minutes!! The guy was so nice and fixed our valve (going to the dishwasher). The second time we had more broken valves- this time going to the new washing machine. Kevin was there the same day and while I could not be there (this was at my Mom's house) he stayed in touch with me over the phone the whole time, was very patient and sweet to my Mother and fixed the plumbing in no time. We are very happy with this company and will definitely use them again. Good, honest people.
