Our cellar backed up, and the technician arrived the same day to diagnose the problem and provide an estimate before beginning work. He was extremely knowledgeable and told us precisely what would transpire. I appreciated that he wore a protective covering on his shoes and equipment to avoid leaving traces on my floors. The issue has been resolved, and we are pleased. Amazing response!

I called Pro-Tech with a bit of an emergency...a leaking faucet on our kitchen. They had someone at our home within a few hours. Gerry came out to make the repair and he was wonderful. He was kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company to others.

I just wanted to share what great service I got from Ferran yesterday. I had placed an order for a new cooling system and it hasn’t come in yet. The gentleman who helped me place the order said, if anything happened to my old unit before the new unit came in call them and let them know and they would take care of it for me. ( with a couple of limitations) He couldn’t have spoken more truth! Our old air conditioner did go out on the Fourth of July and Ferran was right there to get it running again. It required a new motor and fan blades and they fixed it for me at no charge. The service guys that came out to work on it were extremely nice and extremely helpful. I’m glad I’ve chosen Ferran to install my new unit as well as reduct and insulate my attic. I highly recommend this company.

Over the past weekend my AC system stopped working. With the heat wave we are currently experiencing and family coming to visit I needed to make sure that our system was back up and running. I reached out to Ace Solves it All and within an hour of my call they had someone at my house fixing the issue. Replaced water heater resistance heaters. The technician David Vasquez performed very efficiently, was engaging, and explained the details of the repairs required, as well as alternatives that could be considered. He is definitely an excellent representative for his company.

These guys are life savers!! We had a leak in the kitchen that we had 3 other companies come out and could not fix. Thankfully these guys are absolute pros! They came ou, iidentified the problem and had it repaired in no time at all! We highly recommend Orlando Leak Detection!

I called for a backed up kitchen drain. Very nice customer service and very easy to book an appointment. My technician Jesus was great, he was super nice and professional. Simple clearing of the drain and it’s draining just fine. Good price for the work today. Thanks again!

We recently had to have a new AC unit installed and went with Rainaldi Home Services. The customer service we received was by far the best I’ve experienced in years. The technician was professional and courteous. He took the time to explain the process while performing the work, answered any questions that were asked, and worked efficiently to assure we were able to get our AC up and running again. They did a beautiful job replacing the unit and went above and beyond on making the experience wonderful. I would highly recommend using this business if you’re in need of replacing your AC unit as it ages out!

Shame on you plumbers that took advantage of senior citizens on fixed income $500 and some for maybe an hours work if that to fix a piece of pvc pipe. Hope people treat your parents better than that.

I had the terrible misfortune of signing a lease with TheListingREM who sent over a contractor who came to my rental property a total of 10 times before being able to solve half of my problem.

Rob from Associated Piping came over to the house and in less than 2 hours had my unit up and running, a unit which supposedly had a bunch of leaks and needed replacing reported by the previous company (Scotts AC repair -AVOID-)

I 100% recommend Associated Piping for all of your AC needs, especially if you have the misfortune of renting through the listing and being served by their approved contractors.

Today, I had a disappointing experience with this company. While I understand that prices can vary, what I encountered was unacceptable. Last month, I reached out to Frank Gay for a service, and the work was completed satisfactorily. However, when I requested the same service for another property today, the price was twice the original amount. This was surprising, especially considering it wasn't an emergency call this time. During my conversation with the technician, they even tried to negotiate the price, which I believe shouldn't be the case for standard services. It seemed like the technician realized I was a business owner and attempted to take advantage. While they may get the job done, I strongly suggest exploring other providers in the area who offer honest work and reasonable prices. Therefore, I cannot recommend Frank Gay Services.

Also, tech did not leave my home the way it was found.
