We were extremely pleased with the work done by the team from Jeff's Kitchen Bath & Beyond. Their price was reasonable, their people worked incredibly hard, and everyone was friendly and professional. They did a complete repipe of our house in one (long) day and arranged for the inspection and drywall repair very quickly. We would give them the highest recommendation possible and will use them again in the future for other plumbing needs.

Eddie came to my house today to fix my kitchen faucet. When he came the faucet needed to be replaced. I didn't have the replacement at home. He ran and picked one up. I am on a very tight budget and he somehow made it work. He worked within my budget, and I was still able to get a nice faucet. The customer service was second to none. This company was chosen by my gas company to do the job. It was supposed to be a replacement installation , because I had a tankless water heater that was not working. The tech came finally the next morning after my appointment to do the job and he left a botched mess. It looks like a rigged up mess. I called Michelle about it but she didn’t answer, so I texted her with photos. She said that she would talk with him, but never heard back from her. Pictures to follow

Had an issue with water pressure, Ron informed me that the city chooses the pressure, but walked around the property and found an issue with my pipes. When i tested the pressure afterwards I could immediately tell the difference. Much better pressure. Really professional work. Exact price i was expecting based on the hourly rate provided when i booked. Highly recommend this company and Ron.

I have had Ben Franklin out to my house as well as rental properties on various occasions. Several of the issues were somewhat complicated (issues below the slab) while other were very simple (water heater issues). After my first dealing with Bill and his crew I knew whether it was simple or complicated, I was confident that the job would be done in a cost effective and quality manner. Knowing that I can leave service techs in my house to do their work so I can get back to mine really means a lot to a small business owner. On one occasion, the technician actually proposed an idea much simpler than the one I had originally suggested which ended up saving me several hundred dollars. It takes a lot to make another service guy happy, and they have done just that every single time I have called them.

We had to call someone to help with a problem on our lift station. Granted they were quick to help but the charges were outrageous. $3500 for less than one hour work. Feel like WE are the ones who got hosed. Get a price BEFORE you let them work for you and by all means, WATCH YOUR WALLET.
