We hired Brownie’s to inspect/pump our septic tank two years ago. Within the past year we have had back up issues with our drains but didn’t believe it could be the septic having just been pumped a year and a half ago. We finally caved and had another company come out today and they confirmed there was no way the tank was pumped two years ago. Before they even opened the tank, sewage water was pouring out and they said it was min 5 years worth of sludge. Super disappointed to have spent over $600 for essentially nothing. And even more money trying to figure out an issue with our plumbing that wasn’t an issue to begin with.

Charles was honest with what my sewer needed. Greatly appreciate the explanation and detail. Will call for his assistance again when needed. Thank you.

I had a positive experience with Tony recently when my water heater tank started leaking. He responded quickly with solutions and quotes, and even fixed the not-so-stellar plumbing installed by the water softener people at no extra charge. Highly recommended.

This was by far the smoothest process I have experienced with home repair. Plumber, Kevin Holmes, was very professional, personable, & efficient!!! I would highly recommend this gentlemen for any of your plumbing needs. Did a lot of work within a reasonable amount of time ( less than 1 hour). He replaced the garbage disposal and replaced some piping under the kitchen sink. Excellent service!

Had them replace my water heater, cost half as much as the quote from the plumber you hear advertising on the radio. The installer was on time and professional. Install was quick and up to code.

Had them back out to unclog the drain line from the washing machine, arrived on time and fixed the problem price was good. Excellent service.

Man, it is hard to trust anybody

What a wonderful find! I am a 71 year old grandmother and have lived in my home for over 45 years. I have never written a review for a service before now, but have used reviews and word-of-mouth to guide me when making decisions.

Obviously I have dealt with plumbers in the past; none has been more professional, capable, and caring. The front office keeps you informed about service times and Brad, my technician, actually came back to explain the noise created by a cleaning system that I had installed.

I have used this company twice in the last year and will hire them with complete confidence in the future. I would reccomend them to anyone.

I had a pipe leak inside of my wall, James Daly the owner himself came out. He was so professional. He found the leak replace the pipe gave me help in finding a company that would come out and dry my wall and counters out. He was so honest and helpful, I really appreciated him. I know for him it wasn't a huge job but for me it was a very huge situation to go through. Thank you mr. Daly for all of your help

SO FAR - customer service was great. I called and asked for pricing info to service my tankless heater...the very kind lady who answered the phone did not know but took my info and will get some info by the end of the day. They likely won't be able to schedule my non-emergency visit for a couple weeks, so I'll update the review after that happens...

They failed to find the leak even though they admitted that there was one. They attempted to get another plumber to come and help them but neither business ever contacted me or came out again. I waited a week and called several times, only to be ignored. I am now having to find someone else to do this work.

John was absolutely amazing! We had a blockage in our drain line out to the street. He came in, diagnosed the problem, and knocked it out in record time. He explained to us every step of the way what he was doing. Truly appreciative!

Kenrick was very professional, he was excellent with customer services, it started out bad but on my end. I actually had him leave and then called him back, regardless he was very professional even if I was in the wrong. I hope he gets paid well cause he deserves it, he was knowledgeable , understanding and very professional fixed my main line clog in a very timely manner. 2nd time ever using rotor rooter and will use again and recommend.
