I have used this plumbing service for several occasions and have found excellent service each time.

I called David because I had the main water valve leaking and it was almost at the point of total collapse. He promise to come the same day in the afternoon despite to have a full day schedule compromised...He showed in the afternoon as promised. He was very professional, a person who really knows his job, small company that I prefer to support. He really care of his customers. The price was good and he kept the price despite finding some unexpected problems to complete a quality job. I higly reccomend to hire him because is also a honest person that do not want to trick you.

The technician assessed the issue, obtained the necessary equipment, and cleared the obstruction within thirty minutes. Very professional and outstanding performance! He wore shoe covers and left the area at least as tidy as I had left it. I strongly suggest Orlando Plumbing to anyone experiencing drain issues. Thank you very much.

Jeff is great, while i did not use his services due to warranty coverage. He gave the best price on repipe and was extremly quick at responding to emails. When I called phone was picked up on second rong and greeted very friendly. So while i can't speak for his work, I can say from a service perspective top notch company.

DO NOT TRY THEM! After waiting all day for their master plumber to come to the house their plumber stormed off disrespectfully , got into his truck and drove off because I was calling his office to check on the pricing he was quoting me. They won't tell you how much it is to use a camera to check your pipes so you have to wait until someone comes to you. After being delayed and rescheduling, I waited for him and finally he came at nearly 5:00 pm -- 5 hours late. On the reschedule call, the woman at their office told me that he has had a long day and wanted me to know that if he comes out here it would cost between $300-$375 to use the camera to check my pipes under my house for leaks or to see if there was a clog or if one of the pipes was sagging. I said fine to tell him I wanted this done.

Mr. Plumber arrived with a very obvious attitude of I've had a long day and I'm going to tell you everything you need to send me away without working for you. When I told him that I need to know if there is a leak or a sag in the pipes under the house because we have already spent $2400 because of toilets flooding the rooms with 6 bathrooms in my house , he told me that it is $350 PER LINE NOT FOR THE JOB. He knew I didn't need for him to look at the drain field we have just to check the plumbing lines under the house but he told me there are many lines . Its an easy job because we have a crawl space under out house. He also tried to tell me that discoloration and rippling on a section of wood in my kitchen is due to a wood problem... Ha ha that is a ridiculous assumption. These are Carlisle wide plank floors from Atlanta and they are all throughout my house and for 11 years there is not another place that appears to be turning colors, has a rippled finish as if it were soaked from underneath .

I told him I was going to call his office and dispute what he was telling me and he stormed off and got into his truck and sped down my long driveway. He was here no more than 15 minutes. Horrible ! Almost unbelievable but this man did not want to work anymore and this was the excuse he needed to get home.

The people in the office seem nice but as expected, the manager had gone home and was unable to speak to me about this.
