Overall great experience with Express Plumbing. Janet who took my initial call and scheduled the appointment was polite and helpful. Juan and Steve who installed my hybrid water heater were professional and did a great job. If needed I'd use this company again.

I would never consider using this company again. The lady on the phone was incredibly rude. The main issue is how many times I was lied to. The plumber left my house and said he would be back in an hour in the early afternoon and never came back to finish the job. He left all water to my house turned off. Every time I called, I was given a different story. Very unreliable.

Quick answer for a water heater that was not working. The problem was electrical so we will have to work with an electrician; but the service provided was very good and I can recommend this company.

Great people to work for

I had a pipe break in my kitchen while I was at work that caused water damage throughout my kitchen, living room, and dining room. Mike with MJS did a great job in responding quickly and helped me though the insurance process. Thank you again for being professional and helping me at a time in need!

Mr. Secretan is the only plumber I call upon. When we moved, I searched high and low for his contact information because he is that good. He is prompt, professional and polite. Honesty is his middle name. For a friendly man who does a plumbing job right the first time, Jim Secretan is the most highly recommended! A MILLION STARS!

Kevin was here today for the annual plumbing inspection. He was professional, respectful and helpful. He answered all my questions, even if they seemed odd lol. I couldn’t be happier with his service today. We’ve always used De Hart and I’ve never had a trouble or complaint.

Great place to work

Great company! Great people! They took care of my garbage disposal no problem! I can't believe they are off of JOHN street! That's so funny!

Chris was sent out by First American Home Warranty, and the work completed was poor. He claimed that a broken hose bib was not covered by warranty due to “improper installation” and charged me $375 to break the stucco and replace the bib. He told me he does not re-patch stucco and someone else would come out for $300 to $500 to replace that.

No more than 5 days later, water appears in my garage and Chris refuses to answer texts or phone calls. One time I got him on a call and he abruptly said “I’m slammed this week, how about next?”. Before I could confirm a follow-up appointment, the call was disconnected and I never got him back on the line.

Some time later, the amazing staff at Modern Plumbing Industries corrected the issue for only $300, including repatching and painting the stucco. They found all sorts of errors with Chris’ work, including the wrong sized fittings and poor craftsmanship.

Like the other reviews say, stay far away. This guy can’t keep up with running his business and frankly puts out terrible service when it comes to those with home warranties covering the costs.

I do not advise this company. After everything is agreed Jorge does not meet the deadline to start and does not answer any more calls. I will look for another company to do my job.
