Had an outdoor faucet with icicles coming from it and was nervous I’d have a pipe break and flood my basement. Update 1/23/20: Trent was all-star fixing my furnace during the winter cold. He went the extra mile to make sure that we were taken care of. We have a sink in our kids bathroom that always clogged up. Which btw, we always had serviced by an expensive plumber. This time we called Mr. Rooter and Adrian showed up, not knowing what he was in for. He was immediately able to unclog the drain but also exposed a slow leak we had for a while. Not what you want but definitely needed to be resolved. Adrian was able to replace some piping ( that's a simple description but you get it) and fix the leak. Overall, I think most people are looking for value when they hire someone to work on their home and we certainly received it with the job that Adrian performed! We are definitely going to continue to use Mr. Rooter for more than just a clogged drain.

I discovered water pouring from the back of my home late evening. After realizing it was from my kitchen sink, I called several local plumbing companies. All were booked out 1-2 weeks. AX plumbing was able to come within a couple of days. Even better, my final price was slightly lower than the quote! I will definitely call them again for future plumbing needs. Thank you!
