Best Water Heaters Tankless Water Heater in Omaha NE

Spoke with Ben who quoted me $135 an hour, which I agreed to. He sent 2 guys to fix 2 toilets which were ghost flushing and replace a sink faucet. Upon completion I was presented a bill with a $225 an hour charge. Spoke with Ben where he tried to bully me by repeatedly saying I was informed of the added charge for 2 men when I was not informed. The bill also included a $100 charge for parts which were worth maybe $20 max. Not 48 hours later both toilets stopped working. Again spoke with Ben who was incredulous the toilets were not working and begrudgingly stated he would have someone take a look at them sometime next week. Aghast, I reiterated BOTH toilets were not working. He reluctantly agreed to have someone out that day. 2 weeks later, one toilet started vacuum sealing and the other would not complete a full flush. Afraid to call Ben, who had stated he was done with me. I videoed a friend where we discovered Ben's plumbers had turned down the tank water so low, it was causing these issues. I fixed it myself.

Speedy response to my inquiry about some indoor and outdoor plumbing work needed at my house, and Jacob (the plumber) was fantastic - he was thorough, knowledgeable and timely, both for arrival and completion of work.

I am calling them my HVAC Angels. On a Friday at 7:30 I called R Mechanical because my air conditioner quit working. I really didn’t expect anyone to answer I just was going to leave a message so I would be first one come Monday morning. I planned on calling everyone around and pray it would get fixed in the near future. To my surprise my call was answered and they didn’t even have an IVR to push 1 for this and 2 for that. It was a live person. I explained what was going on with my air. It was going to be hot for the next few weeks and that’s when they break down when you use them. Not only did they come on a Friday night at 8:30 but they fixed it. The cost was way lower then I thought it would be. I was so pleasantly surprised and want to let all of you know how great they are. You don’t see this good of customer support any more. I get to sleep in my bed tonight and not sweat. Trey did a good job unclogging our bathroom sink in less then half an hour. He came on time, he's friendly, courteous and polite. Would recommend Two Men and a Snake to friends, etc. I'm a happy camper now!!!!!

Dan and his team installed a water heater. Dan was able to install a new water heater the same day I sent a request. They were in and out in no time at all. Dan also walked me through his work and gave me very helpful tips on maintaining a functioning unit. He made the experience easy and effortless.

Sunday morning - Called about a leak from the city line in our house. Was contacted by the owner and notified that a tech would call me. Tech called and gave an approximate time he'd arrive. He was on time. He was friendly, courteous, and cleaned up after himself. Great job...thx for the emergency response.

Had a great experience with Mr Rooter over the last couple of days. Austin came in on Satrurday and today to get our main line fixed that was supposedly fixed by Rotor rooter last year. Showed me what he was doing and even repaired the main line seal. Will only use Mr Rooter for future issues.

General maintenance- always satisfied with their service.
