Great service! Josh was professional and friendly. They redirected my vent stack, hooked up our dishwasher and disposal, and ran a new water line for our refrigerator. They went above and beyond with this service call. I recommend this company without question.

Phil does an incredible job. Very professional and very accommodating. We needed them to come out on a Sunday afternoon for an emergency water heater repair and they were there quickly and made the repair. I highly recommend Winfrey Plumbing.

Had Big Birge come out and complete a decent amount of work (two toilets, water heater, add water softener, shower and outside faucet repair). They were great to work with and very responsive. One complaint was that the crew that completed the job did not read the order/estimate to know what toilets to swap out and my wife had to leave work to show them. Regardless, they did a great job on everything and we definitely threw some things at them that they were able accommodate. Highly recommend.

ARS was able to come out the same day and help us with multiple issues in our new home. They were efficient and presented us with multiple options, and quickly fixed everything! They also were very safe and maintained social-distancing while in our home. Would highly recommend!

I am calling them my HVAC Angels. On a Friday at 7:30 I called R Mechanical because my air conditioner quit working. I really didn’t expect anyone to answer I just was going to leave a message so I would be first one come Monday morning. I planned on calling everyone around and pray it would get fixed in the near future. To my surprise my call was answered and they didn’t even have an IVR to push 1 for this and 2 for that. It was a live person. I explained what was going on with my air. It was going to be hot for the next few weeks and that’s when they break down when you use them. Not only did they come on a Friday night at 8:30 but they fixed it. The cost was way lower then I thought it would be. I was so pleasantly surprised and want to let all of you know how great they are. You don’t see this good of customer support any more. I get to sleep in my bed tonight and not sweat. So thanks R Mechanical.

Brent and his team are hands down the best in the business. As a contractor, and home owner, their punctuality and attention to detail is second to none.

Paul's customer service and response was amazing. I called Paul with a new kitchen faucet in hand and wanting it to replace out a 10 year old one that was failing. I would have done it myself except there were no shutoff valves under the sink, so I figured I would have Paul put them in too while he was replacing the faucet. He did all this in 45 mins, and arrived on time to boot. I called two other plumbers (big names starting with A and B) along with Paul and neither of the other two would give me an estimate over the phone (Paul did and it was 100 percent accurate). Neither of the other two could get here before Paul did, in fact, one of them didn't even call me back to offer me a proposed time until after Paul had already come and done the job ! Oh and one final note one Paul's pricing (which very reasonable), I paid more for my faucet from Menards than I did to have Paul come out, install it and shutoff valves and the call fee. Worth every penny !

I will only be using Paul from here on out. He truly exemplifies the customer comes first philosophy.

If you like items taken from your house then this is the company for you. After the guy admitted to stealing the item they still did not give us a refund. The lady on the phone lied to us and kept feeding us lies until we gave up. Since we have now purchased cameras for our home because of our experience with this unprofessional company!!! Trust me call someone else!

Dan Fey plumbing came out the same day we called to replace our hot water heater. We called several people and did not get a return call. We are pleased with the service, the pricing and the politeness we received and recommend people to give them a call.

They said, they do free estimate but they are not.. they charge you money just to come without figuring out the problem or even doing anything. Plus i have coupon from them for free estimate but you still have to pay just for coming to your house. just wasting your time and money.

Paul the Plumber is an excellent plumbing service. First of all, someone was at the phone to answer when I called for an appointment. Second, Paul arrived even earlier than the expected time, which kept me from waiting. Third, he was competent and wasted no time in replacing worn parts to my toilets, my sink drain, and garbage disposal. Fourth, he replaced only the bad parts and did not require replacement of entire mechanisms, which saved me time and money. And lastly, he was in and out in record time because he knew what he was doing. To top it off, Paul was friendly and left me confident that I could put Paul the Plumber in my file as a reliable service that I could call on in the future and that I could refer to other homeowners.
