UPDATE 10-10-22 Daniel came out to double check make sure my thermostat and furnace were accurate and they were and he explained to me a couple things and explained why there was a difference and it made total sense plus Snoopy didn't bark as bad at him as he has other service people I've had out here so he's got a yes vote from Snoopy9-29-21 Ryan was here to do my HVAC service and pointed out that it'd be better if I had a black water tube for my furnace attached humidifier because it would cut down on the bed. And it wouldn't allow light trousseau I agreed and installed it in no time at all. He was very friendly and asked me if I had any problems or any questions which I didn't but very thorough and his job I do appreciate all of it is Aksarben employees and work that they do.UPDATE 11-3-20 Noah very thorough and knowledgeable to these tasks that he was doing friendly. He explained what he had gone through numbers what they meant and once again exceeded my expectations for HVAC people. I have no problem giving my recommendations as all their employees arthro dress properly uses their ppes and they always put booties on their shoes before walking into a house. And I look forward to seeing whoever they send in the spring when they check my AC out well worth the monthly cost to be on their program.Update 5-27-20 Derek was knowledgeable and listened to me and tell me what might happen and I'm going to wait until they come through to inspect my Plumbing next week and I am not regretting my decision I really love Aksarben they're honest hard-working and friendly.They are very helpful and very thorough and I'm happy with the work they do under contract for my HVAC system. The sales person lied to me about promo rate for 24 months and still paying 9.9% interest rate for the remaining loan agreement between Burton's and Wells Fargo. If you are discussing the financing agreement with Burton sales person, please use your phone camera on everything on the ipad (sales person) so you will have some evidences. Unfortunately, I had very lack of evidences because the sales person withheld the contract. Hopefully, you will take picture of everything on ipad to prove if the sales person is honest or not. Thanks.
