Love this company!

Aksarben ARS installed the a/c in my home four or so years ago. It recently busted due to a leak with the refrigerant. I have called Aksarben ARS every day this week (4 separate calls) attempting to collect information about the warranty for this unit. They have failed to respond each and every time. I was promised multiple times that I would receive a call back but I never did. I would NOT recommend this company as they install poor quality units and are not responsive at all. Sandhills Heating and Air Conditioning came out for me instead and they have been so professional and timely. I would recommend them instead.

Steve and his crew are shining examples of value and customer service. We purchased a 120 year old house, not knowing how much heating and cooling work it needed. He literally replaced our entire system, which was a daunting feat, considering the size and the amount of retrofitting required. They work is impeccable. But the best example of Steve’s dedication to his customers came after we had received a defective boiler. Though Steve had nothing to do with us receiving the faulty equipment, he and his crew worked tirelessly to get it back up and running multiple times at all times of the day or night to keep our family warm during a terrible cold snap. Ultimately, after it was apparent the boiler was inoperable, advocated for us, going to the manufacturer, who ultimately provided us with a new boiler free of charge. Throughout the entire process, he put up with my frequent calls of outward frustration and anger over the situation with complete professionalism. You will not find a better company to work with that R Mechanical. Steve, Deb, Dylan, and the rest of the company They are like members of our family, and we’re so grateful to have found them.

I trust Ken and know he will do the job correctly. I’ve used Ken for several years and he’s always responsive.

Brent and his team are hands down the best in the business. As a contractor, and home owner, their punctuality and attention to detail is second to none.

I requested and he came to my home to see what kind of plumbing I needed. That is where it ended. He did not have the courtesy of letting me know he wasn't interested or if the work was more than he could handle. I could not recommend.

Absolutely stay away of this guy! I hired Dan to do a job replacing my water heater. Long story short he ruined my carpet and cut through my sprinkler system. Both days he showed up 90 minutes late to do the work without an apology. Both days he left his work area a complete wreck. Been trying for over a week to settle up for the damages he caused and won’t answer phone calls or texts. The guy is a crook

Adrian did a wonderful job responding to our basement drain being clogged and backing up. After our initial call he was here within an hour and explained the situation and plan and had everything resolved very quick. I would highly recommend him and Mr. Rooter!
