Wonderful Company! We had Gary out to fix our disposal and he did an excellent job! He was professional, courteous, and most importantly, knowledgable. He arrived on time and let us know exactly what needed to be done. I will definitely be calling them back in the future if I need anything else.

First time using this company, but I’m happy. Nobody likes having to do repairs but it’s part of the house owning process. An appointment was scheduled for this business to come out and replace my dishwasher. Apparently the job wasn't big enough. They didn't show up nor have the courtesy to call. I would have understood if I was told that on the phone , but to no call/no show? Really? That is very unprofessional.

We have used Micro Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs for 15 years. Technicians are prompt and efficient. Have never had to call them back to fix something that wasn't fixed right the first time; unfortunately, before Mike and his crew, happened many times.

My husband called initially to ask about our failing water heater and got an appointment set up. Brian came out and met with me to inspect and decide on a plan. He treated me with respect, didn't dumb anything down, and had even agreed to repeat everything he had just explained when my husband called me to ask a few questions (he could not be onsite for the appointment). Brian explained everything as he had to me. We agreed that replacement was best option. The 2 techs who came out to perform the replacement (Rob and Mason) were both very nice, friendly, and professional. The installation was quick and done cleanly. There were no hidden expenses in our quote and I would recommend them 100 times over for any plumbing needs.

One of the best major service provider I have used. Totally professional in every aspect. But, beyond that, he truly cared about the customer. Frank understood my needs and in a very difficult job provided guidance and options. Then, his team performed the work as craftsmen. Will use them again and recommend to all in need of expert and caring plumbing services.

Max Sherman was extremely helpful in explaining options for repair and then fixed my garbage disposal leak and cleared the drains so I could have a functioning kitchen again. They helped us put in two bathrooms in our house and they made it a fair and not stressful process. The estimate was reasonable and the communication is what won me over. They got back to me right away and kept me in the loop. Also, answered every question I threw at them.The finished product was perfect. 5 stars from me.

Very good and reasonably priced

A company that values the customer! I called A&A plumbing out for a minor leak in a pipe near my furnace and for low pressure in the fridge dispenser. In looking at the problems, the technician recommended to call an HVAC company as the pipe in question was part of the furnace. Then identified the dispenser issue as the shutoff valve being stuck only partially open. Neither issue took more than a minute or two to identify, and the technician simply waved it off as not worth charging for. That wasn't a big deal to him, but it was a huge deal to me. It's not even the money, but the fact that the company is willing to put the customer first and wave off something like this instead of charging a flat fee. It is greatly appreciated and I will be using them in the future!

Changed from 5 to 1. Purchased maintenance plan, but found out when it was needed, those services promised and paid for couldn't/wouldn't be supported. We were treated rudely, and when we tried to follow up, we were not contacted and had to continue making calls to speak with a supervisor. No resolution other than us cancelling the plan. Don't waste your time with this service.

Came and looked at the plumbing that needed to be fixed but it took over a week for them to get a bid and I had to call them to find this out.
