I have had him come out 3 times now, once for a drain clog, once for preventative maintenance and the third time because I forgot about the preventative maintenance appointment and then needed him to come out for my laundry room flooding. Our sump pump failed and we woke up to a flooded basement. I called Big Birge on the advise of my insurance agent. Such a great company. They rearranged the schedule to get out that morning since we were expecting more rain in the afternoon. Great service and great prices. So glad I found them as they are my go to for plumbing now.

Had an outdoor faucet with icicles coming from it and was nervous I’d have a pipe break and flood my basement. I called Marc from integrity plumbing and he was very professional and quick to come out and take care of my issues. Ended up costing about half of what I was expecting it to. We had a pipe burst in January late one evening. They were able to come out right away and get the issue fixed so we could get our water turned back on and were able to stay in our house that night. Jared was very professional and did a great job. We would definitely recommend!
