Wonderful Company! We had Gary out to fix our disposal and he did an excellent job! He was professional, courteous, and most importantly, knowledgable. He arrived on time and let us know exactly what needed to be done. I will definitely be calling them back in the future if I need anything else.

Sorry should have read my post before I posted it but they did not charge me when they were working on my water heater when it kept going off . A day after writing a not so favoring post they did call after awhile. Saying they would be at the house first thing the next morning for which they were they explained they were very busy yesterday that's why they didn't get back to us .I'm sorry now for seeming negative because they fixed our water heater to where it works perfectly and I thank them very much I hope they accept my apology.

The Best Plumbing Company ever. We had a water pipe break in our home and water was flooding our basement, They were here within 30 minutes to fix the problem. Wasn't a easy fix they had to find where the water pipe was and shut it off. So very professional, friendly and made me feel better that the problem will be taken care of soon. They fixed the problem and were wonderful. They cleaned up and asked if they could help me clean out the water from my basement. What Company does that?? Jeff Mumm Plumbing does that.. Carson and Cameron were both very professional and easy going. There wasn’t a lot of space to dig the trench we needed and when there was issues, Brad was contacted and he came to finish off the rest, due to the area being a tricky one. Not only did they get the job done, they did it with a few hurdles being thrown in their way. I will only use Big Birge going forward and I will recommend them to anyone. I almost forgot Tonya, which would’ve been a shame!! She made all communication go smoothly and was a great contact when questions arose. Thank you all!!!! Amazing job done by all of you!

An employee driving in a company vehicle has yelled profanities at myself and my friends while riding our bikes on Capehart Wednesday evenings for the past two weeks. Cyclist have legal rights and are allowed to ride on roads, both gravel and paved. I don’t understand why this individual feels the need to yell at us. We are not interfering with their commute nor troubling them in any other way.

Typical situation of not knowing I had a problem until I had one... Drain in the basement would not drain. Andy from A&A stopped by on a weekend and within minutes had the problem solved. He was concerned with the weather and his shoes tracking snow and water into the house which I appreciated. While he was there we discussed some additional plumbing needs and since our initial meeting he has replaced our water heater and did some gas line work for a fire pit and bbq. He is as honest and professional as I have dealt with. Plus he has a great looking new truck!
