Wonderful Company! We had Gary out to fix our disposal and he did an excellent job! He was professional, courteous, and most importantly, knowledgable. He arrived on time and let us know exactly what needed to be done. I will definitely be calling them back in the future if I need anything else.

This Summer I completed a pretty big home remodeling project: my master bathroom. Luckily, I was not alone. I had Micro Plumbing handle my plumbing needs. They removed a lot of worry from me and helped really add the spit and polish to my bathroom with a new toilet and a beautiful new faucet. They even re-caulked my shower and tub for me when I asked for that at the last minute. They were prompt, efficient, and friendly. Thanks, Micro Plumbing!

Plumber broke sewer grate, then unclogged drain. Said the $194.14 does not include the grate he distroyed. Repairing that is our problem. Plumber also damage our vehicle in the driveway with the motorized snake. We have it on our security camera.Once I get the estimate to fix I will forward to Burton. We are reviewing these actions to consider whether to continue doing business with Burton and posting my issues.

With the recent hot weather, our air conditioning didn't seem to be working as well as it should. On Monday, I called The Frazier Company to have them check out the system. The next day, James arrived at the scheduled time and began the diagnostics of your A/C system, looking at the thermostat, furnace filter and the a-coil. He then hooked up his gauges to unit outside and determined that it was low on Freon, which took about 3 pounds to fill the system. It had been about 6 years since the unit was new so over time it apparently leaked out. James looked for leaks which was unable to find any obvious ones. Overall, James and The Frazier Company did a great job restoring the A/C system to our home in a quick and efficient manner. Thanks!
