He found the leak within a few mins of looking. The other company I used first looked fir over 1 hrs and never found the leak and even had to go back to his office for assistance. We had a tree root grow into our sewer pipe and it caused quite a mess at our house. Luckily, Roto Rooter came out the same day to help clean up our basement and was out the next week digging up that tree root so that we could use our water again. Quick, professional, upfront about everything. I really appreciate their help!

Mike S. was the technician who came out on the weekend to look at our furnace. We had a carbon monoxide scare and needed to shut off the furnace. Mike was very friendly, polite and assured us safety which really meant a lot. He checked all parts of furnace very thoroughly and showed me the problem for better understand. He then gave us many options on how to go about fixing the problem. I highly recommend Aksarben/ARS for any future heating, plumbing, or gas problems.

Everyone at A Raymond has been so helpful this week. Our sewer line went out of commission pretty rapidly, and the folks at A Raymond were able to come out and get things fixed much quicker than we thought possible. Dana was a great help both times he was here. And Josh and Erich were here to replace the sewer line. They were just the nicest guys and they did such a wonderful job. We are thanking God for leasing us to such a great company.
