Called back on the weekend to schedule my service on Monday as our leak was not an emergency which was fine. He arrived on time, was courteous, and got the job done. Our normal plumber was backed up for weeks and ProPlumb was the only one to call us back on the weekend

I called them and she said give Dan an hour or so and he would call within 15 minutes of calling he called me back and said he was on his way. Within a 1/2 hr of arriving, had our problem fixed and the price very reasonable considering it was after hrs. Dan is awesome...

I will be using Action Rooter again. I recently had a clogged drain from our washing machine drain. I had Aksarben Plumbing come out. The guy could not get it unclogged and charged me. They gave a estimate of $1500-$2500 to replace the pipes.
Action Rooter came out the same day and unplugged the drain. Charged me $49 less than Aksarben. Also gave us a 30 day warranty on his work. We have three centers and for now on we will be using Action Rooter. Thank you very much!

Don’t waste your time calling this company because unless you know what the problem is as if you’re a plumber they can’t help you. Very unprofessional.

These guys are amazing! They're great about returning calls. They show up when they say they will. They work quickly. They keep everything clean. They're respectful. And they actually fix the problem! We've called them twice to fix different plumbing issues the last tenants left behind, and they did a stellar job! My main sewer line was backing up, I called and they had a technician out within 2 hours. Francisco did a thorough job clearing the tree roots from my line, and was very helpful and friendly. I unfortunately forgot the name of the camera technician that looked at my line, but he also was very helpful and friendly.

Finally found a Great plumbing company! Kurt is an excellent technician - was actually early (called first) which gave him time to not only address and resolve the issue I called for but was willing and able to answer some questions on other issues. Gave some great advice and fixed another problem.

Rates are competitive but more importantly, I feel that they did exactly the job needed without attempting to upsell (No thanks Burton!). Clean, friendly, professional - could not have asked for more. My new go-to plumber!

After dealing with water coming up in the basement and snaking all I could, I knew it was time to call in “The Big Guys.” The jingle came to mind, “Call Rotor Rooter and all your troubles go down the drain.” Then I saw a truck at a local business. I used the online registration and three hours later, I had a wonderful serviceman at my door. Yep, main sewer drain! He cleaned it out as best he could, after having to deal with a very old pipe opening, then called in for a camera guy. I’ve got root problems and they’ve got a fix for it without having to dig up the whole yard. Very professional, fantastic cleanup (and it was yucky), and yes they can finance. Thanks! PS for all of you out there, NOTHING BUT TP DOWN A TOILET! And watch how much, you never know about those old pipes!!!

I use Aksarben for both A/C maintenance and furnace maintenance. Today Brian Rhodes did the fall service on furnace. He was very professional and polite and discussed all his findings when the job was completed. I will definitely request him next time Aksarben does an A/C or furnace check.

I called for help with my sprinkler system and they were able to solve my problem in a couple of hours.

I hope Wayne is alright ,because we had contacted him about a job over a month ago and since then he has not responded to calls nor gotten back to us on pricing. If you're looking for a septic system install call Midlands he'll answer your phone call or at least get back to you (we're working with him now, he's good!). Henton's not gonna do a job in Omaha they are too busy, and most other company's won't do septic replacement despite stating it on their website. If your a septic company and want to earn some business comment below please.
