Is it weird to love a plumbing company... because I have so much love for the team at ProPlumb. These guys are amazing. Always on time, always honest, completely trustworthy -- I've used them for repairs + renovations for several years now and wouldn't call anyone else. >> Special Shout to Potential Female Customers... you know how it sucks to blindly call a repair person because you know they're gonna treat you like you don't know what you're talking about -- or try to pressure you into doing stuff you don't really need to do? That NEVER happens with the ProPlumb crew -- *ever*. They'll treat you with respect + talk to you like you're an actual adult human being capable of discussing the house you most likely bought on your own like a grown woman! I can't recommend them enough... these guys are just the best. Call them!!

I have been a customer of Perfect Plumbing for many years. Over the years, they have installed a tank-less gas water heater, water softener, new toilets, a new water meter, and corrected the original plumbing so that it no longer juts out into the utility room. Everything they have done has worked flawlessly over the years.

Today I had them replace the garage hose bib (an outdoor faucet). They were able to do that in 15 minutes at a very reasonable rate. I highly recommend this business. They are the only plumbing firm I will ever use!

Speedy response to my inquiry about some indoor and outdoor plumbing work needed at my house, and Jacob (the plumber) was fantastic - he was thorough, knowledgeable and timely, both for arrival and completion of work.

I just want to thank Anthony with A&A plumbing for coming out not once but twice to find where a water leak was coming from! I also want to give him props on how he handled our cats that were out before I was able to get home. I know he will probably forever remember that experience! He was very professional and quick coming within an hour or two both times! Thank you!

I requested service cause we had plumbing issue for my business. They came with 100 ft snake. They ran it and said there wasn't anything blocking it within 100 ft and said it's probably the city's issue. Aksarben employee said he only had 100 ft snake and they will have to come back out tomorrow with a bigger one. First, I Called the City and they checked their sewer within few hours. City employee was very nice and explained that a lot of plumbing companies just run 100 ft snake and blame the city so they can come out and charge more. He was very upset there are many plumbing companies who just rip people off. City employee stated distance from the building to city's sewer line is at least 175 ft so they need to come back out there and do a better job instead of blaming the city sewer line. Next day I called Aksarben again to deal with it. I was told the manager will call me. The manager never called so I called again. I didn't speak to the manager but Aksarben employee said they don't have anything longer than 100 ft. I wasn't pleased so I said, why would you come to business building when you know you don't have the tool the fix it. Aksarben employee didn't have much to say but said the manager is heading to the meeting and he/she will call me back. That never happened. One of my employee rented 100 ft snake from Home Depot and ran it from another drain (we had 2 drains and Aksarben employee just tried it from one of the drain). The issue was fixed. Aksarben basically charged me $135 plus tax for nothing.(update) Quality Assurance Manager Melanie called after I posted the review. I wish she had called sooner cause I had called twice, was told she would call me but she did not until i wrote a review. However, she did admit their mistake and offered refund so I will update it to 3 star since they did try to fix it.

We have HomeServe Warranty. Raymond Plumbing was assigned our trouble ticket. All aspects of the service was great: Scheduling and onsite work. Special recognition to the Technical Derek. He was professional, did a super job, and answered all of my questions.
I HIGHLY recommend Raymond Plumbing.

I have hot water again!! Durham Plumbing responded quickly to fit me in the day and did a fantastic fabulous job , great professional expertise on replacing my water heater. The pricing was explained before the job was started . I would definitely call Durham plumbing for services I may need in the future , definitely recommend!! Also did I mention how friendly and genuine caring Zak was about my concerns

Fernando installed our water heater about a year ago, and recently the drain valve on it failed (manufacturer issue, no issue with the installation of the water heater). He replaced the plastic valve with a brass drain valve, and since it was under warranty, he did the work at no charge to us. Thanks, Fernando!
