Best Jetting Septic Tank in Omaha NE

Truly a 24/7 service unlike others I tried that morning. Had early AM drain backup in basement. Cory showed up earlier than expected, was professional, explained what he was doing, cleaned up thoroughly when done. Cost for service was reasonable, and I will use Southside Plumbing when needed in the future.

Cameron Wagner came out the exact time that was quoted, he was friendly , knowledgeable, respectful, professional and explained and repaired the problem expertly. They did exactly what they said and were responsive and reasonable priced. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

A&A did all the plumbing for our pool. The guys were great! Highly recommend!

Major Drain did an amazing job for us. They were fast, friendly and affordable!! Can't ask for much more than that. Will definitely be referring them to friends and family and will use them again whenever the need arises!!

I called in the afternoon to clear a particularly tough basement drain and they were able to get out same day. John, the drain tech who fixed my issue, called ahead and was friendly, efficient, and professional. He did some quick troubleshooting and tested his fix before leaving. Prices were in line with others in town.

My building manager got them to fix my kitchen sink. It was a work day so I came in 15 minutes before the guy so that I can open my apartment and I left to go back to work before he came.
I came back about 15-20 minutes after the guy left, the kitchen sink was fixed, but I noticed something weird in the bathroom, someone had been in my bathroom, left the toilet seat up and used the towel I use for my body to clean up something they spilled on the floor, I called the guy and of course he denied it.
When I called a second time, the guy confirmed that no one else had come into my apartment and I returned shortly after he left.

I know my toilet seat didn’t lift itself up, and the towel didn’t just magically fall on the floor and magically soak up some liquid, because I hung a smaller towel on top of it and that one was roughly tucked into the towel holder, while the other one was on the floor. If the towel fell, the one on top should’ve also fallen. Also there was no leakage of any form on the floor of my bathroom so where did the liquid come from? I used the bathroom before I went back to work so I know that’s not how I left it.
I found the whole ordeal very disgusting and disturbing.

I had an appointment scheduled through my home warranty provider through Backlund as well. The plumbers name was George and he was beyond knowledgeable and professional. He worked patiently with my warranty company when the job needed a little more work than originally intended.
Leak was fixed promptly and couldn't be happier with the service.
I highly recommend Backlund.

I had been staying in my camper with 2 children for a week. They had fully filled my septic tank. Called Midland on a Saturday within two hours they were out, it didn't take 15 minutes and they were done. Very nice young lady did the job well. So proud of her!! Nice people and job well done!! Reasonable price!! I recommend, especially to those unlucky rv'ers who find themselves in an unfortunate situation. 😕
